Excellent experience! Im from out of state and the nursing license process for out of state is so complicated so i decided to do it in person when i was here visiting this week! The gentleman I met with who owns the shop was amazing, he made it an easy process but also a very positive and pleasant one! Highly recommend this place! They are also a print shop so if I had to guess, they would be an amazing place to work with on those projects as well! Thank you so much for making that so painless! ❤️

Applying for an IL RN license while not in the state of IL is complicated. Ezra at Top 5 Percent has it all figured out and streamlined for you! I was feeling overwhelmed about all the steps. He outlined everything for me and delivered everything promised.

They were so great! Thank you for being so clear, easy to follow directions for the fingerprinting process, being so informative, always giving updates during the whole fingerprinting process, and even providing a tracking ID! My experience was great! Most places rush through the fingerprinting process, but Ezra was very professional, patient, precise. The pricing is reasonable as well.

If you are looking to support an amazing small local business, this place is IT!! I needed last-minute fingerprinting services before having to move out of the country and not only was Ezra fast and efficient but he made sure that he packaged my copies extra carefully so they wouldn't get damaged. The customer service here felt very personable. Even though appointments are recommended, I showed up without an appointment for fingerprints and they still made every effort to help me out in a timely manner. Couldn't recommend them enough!
