I've never seen a 7-eleven that doesn't have pizza and they don't make it on site, they can close the store.

The middle-eastern guy behind the counter at 7/11 on Caton Farm & Essington was short with me and rude. He seemed too occupied talking to someone on an earpiece in a different language than he was to greet me when I came in or help me. He wasnt able to tell me anything about the tabacco products or pricing, and led men in the wrong direction of what i was looking for. Thankfully i spotted it anyway. Then he wouldn't let me look at the package without keeping a hand on it.(as though he was afraid I would run off with the $9 item). This is the second time I didn't feel welcome. I'll never go here again.

Great location. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Will take time out of their day to help you. Great selection of snacks, beverages and grocery items. Store is neat and clean. Highly recommend them.

Inconvenience store. Does not have a public rest room. I was walking from dropping off a car. I walked in, think I would relieve myself, get money from their ATM, and buy a lottery ticket. The second time I asked for the bathroom they told me there was a public restrooms. Businesses like this should be closed when they cannot fulfill basic needs.

I've come to this place a ton of times and had to deal with the rude person behind the counter. Today I was priced for $5+ dollars for TWO drinks. Normally I pay $3. I had enough change for only $3 dollars. I told her that it was priced wrong and she rudely just shrugged me off. Thank god I never applied here. Too many robbing incidents and very ignorant staff. Sad to see we won't be coming here again.

I would give this place no stars if I could. Went there on a Saturday night around 11pm to cash in scratch tickets, the guy behind the counter acted like I was bothering him, & he clearly wasnt doing anything but looking at his phone. When I asked to cash tickets he rudely yanked them outta my hands. He got real cocky with me when I said I had $85 to cash in because, he had to go into the safe... God forbid! He said he would only take a portion of them. I tried to be nice when he handed me my money, I said thank u & he just turned around & walked away. I will NEVER go back to that store for anything. Way to many convenient stores & gas stations around to be made to feel like he did me. No thanks. Horrible customer service. & as I can see, I'm not the only one. RUDE!!!
