This location used my card information after spending $20 on gas. 2 large transactions were made and replaced. Total scam checking if I noticed. Of course their number is disconnected. Do not go here!!!

I come in here often because I work down the street. one of the ladies is really nice I'm happy when she's there I believe her name is Sandy. well today I came in and got some cereal left and went to work. as I'm eating it I'm like these don't taste too good so I throw them out and open my other cup, same thing. I look on the bottom and they are expired!! all the way from November!! it's the second week of Januar!! I'm never going back to this location and I'm reporting them!!

Now I know that gas station / convenience store food is anything but delicious...But how about chicken tenders that are hard as a rock, and sold at a ridiculous price by a guy that probably knows they are completely stale, and for that matter possibly in violation of food safety standards.I'm sorry but that was just totally disgusting and a total insult to try and charge me full price for that garbage.Next time I'll stick to McDonald's!!!

This gas station stole my credit card information, do not go here. I got gas and a couple snacks using my credit card last week, and today I got 2 charges at a target 20 minutes away from this 7 Eleven (even though I live 3 hours away in Michigan). Luckily I have notifications on for any charges so I was able to cancel it right away, but you should not use a credit or debit card at this gas station. Unfortunately, I’m not sure if it was at the pump or at the register that they got my information, but the cashier may have been involved. Avoid at all costs.

This place is a joke. Says they are open 24/7. Tried to stop in to get a Pepsi after midnight and the doors were locked. Advertising 24/7 on the website.

I’m not sure why this place advertises hot food because they never have any! If you do manage to come here while they have food out it’s most likely been there hours passed the time it should have been thrown away. Mmm…. Dysentery anyone!? I use the atm here quite frequently but do you know what I can’t use here? THE RESTROOM! Why, you ask? Who knows? it’s always out of order! They must have the crappiest plumber on speed dial. DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL OVERCHARGED. They probably have one of those fancy card skimming thing we’ve all heard about. There’s only 1 employee here that actually cares about her customers. To the lovely American woman that’s usually working there 17 hours a day I pray that you are blessed with your own business soon. Your kindness is what brings me back to this location when I can easily take my business across the street.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Bathrooms were horrendous. Both male and female pee all over the floor, floors were almost black, door had stuff on it too looked disgusting. I'd turn to the outdoors before ever stepping foot in there again

Sandy is always the nicest to chat with in the mornings, she deserves a raise!!I used to frequent this location and they almost always had everything I needed to get my day started conveniently nearby!

This store is located at 3620 Rock Creek Blvd., Joliet, IL, just north of I-80 off of Houbolt Rd. The bathroom was disgusting, filthy and unsanitary. Even the toilet paper was unsanitary, with a yellow liquid stain on one end from some liquid that had soaked into it. Fortunately, I had kleenex in my pocket, which I used to turn the faucet on and off and open the door. I didn't buy anything here because of the filthy state of the rest of the store as well. I haven't seen a bathroom this disgusting since the 1970s. I will avoid 7 Eleven in favor of CENEX or CONOCO or Sinclair stations, which have always been sanitary (so far). I can't believe 7 Eleven doesn't monitor the cleanliness and other conditions of their stores. This store deserves a negative rating, not a 1.

This is the 3rd time I have gotten a drink from there and it’s either way passed expired, or this apple juice I just got had giant moldy floaty brown mush all in it. And it was the 7/11 brand and everything. I have given multiple chances to this place, I was not given a refund even tho it was unopened and rotting, and i will not go here again
