How can you run a business when you don't answer the phone . I have called several times during several shifts and the phone will ring ring ring ring and ring and then it goes bus it does they do not answer I called her to see if the ATM machine is working because it's off sometimes and I'm in a wheelchair and I don't want to go there and have to roll back home I will call there quite a few times they just let the phone ring you've got certain employees there that will answer the phone after like the 6th ring I know they're not that busy they can't pick up the phone it may be an emergency but that's just how it is and a couple of times there's two employees when I did call their they're quite rude I did tell the manager but I have been in that store three times since they took over I just don't like the way the employees at the way they talk to you roll their eyes they're some of them are quite rude they need to be retrained on how to work with the the public

This 7-Eleven is the worst third third shift crew the woman that works third shift is rude disrespectful to the customers she'll take your money and throw your stuff on the counter it can land on the floor She really doesn't care the way she talks to people is terrible and the owner of the store will do absolutely nothing about it he can't run his business without having her well he can hire other employees and treat them better and he would have third shift employee and get rid of her so many people have said they are not coming back to that store as long as she works their third shift well he's worried about his business he should worry about taking care of his customers and get rid of a rude disrespectful woman that works there shame on them

I thought 711 having gas need to have rest rooms. As a census taker in joliet, I will no longer buy my gas or snacks there if they choose not to service their customer needs.

The bathroom here was disgusting. Stopped at this place off of I-80 to use the restroom and get some snacks. Seriously, clean the bathroom if you are marked as a stop on I-80 - a lot of traffic will come here to use it, so make it nice so it doesn't hurt your business. We didn't buy snacks because it was so gross

Friendly. Reasonable beer and liquor for a gas station. Good gas prices and quick bite options you can even use your LINK card for certain lunch items. And to top it off my ATM withdrawals are FREE here ?
