I called Rossin Appliance to work on my dryer. He came the next day. He was on time and within an hour my dryer was fixed! very reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. I will definity be calling again with any future repairs that need made.

We called Rossin on 11/3/2021 about our ice maker in our side by side refrigerator/freezer now filling or making ice. 11/4/2021 he arrived, very friendly and seemed very confident in the issue and replaced the ice maker assembly collected his check of $255 and left.He did not wait to see fill cycle or even a dry test run.Later that same even the ice maker was completely frozen up with water coming out front of door.Called him immediately and informed him of the issue. He returned 11/5/2021 and replaced “new” part with another. Again, he did not test anything and left. Ice maker was now just making one solid slab of ice and not stripping out. We called him back and he stated he would have to order more parts.On 11/22/2021 we still haven’t heard back from him and we had family coming in for thanksgiving.On 12/2/2021 called him AGAIN as we still haven’t heard from him about status of parts or his plan of returning. He stated still waiting on part and planned to call Monday Us back 12/6/2021. Monday came and went and no show, no call.12/13/2021 we called him and told him we would like our money back and for him to come retrieve his wrong part he installed. He stated he would call later that afternoon to set up appointment to make refund and retrieve part. AGAIN no word! 12/15/2021 I called him and asked what the issue was and he said he’d be by tomorrow to settle up. He FINALLY shows up, takes his part out, lays $200 on the counter and says the labor is non-refundable (what labor?! Labor should be when he fixes the problem-not just throw parts at it) then my wife notices he took the on/off arm with him that belonged to our original part. She immediately calls him to tell him we would like our part back and his response was when you order your new one it will come with one.....it doesn’t matter, that is OUR part!I completely understand things happen, parts are delayed these days and this is what prompted our patience. But this joker is UNACCEPTABLE! Poor service all the way around!Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

He could have charged me, but chose to walk me through the likely problem which was a 5 minute fix. Instructed me to call back if it keep reoccurring. HONESTY AT ITS FINEST.....Thank youService: Washing machine repair
