Last Week I reserved a Unit on the CKN Mini Storage Web Page & did the Deposit and ACH for the Storage Rental. After 2 Days I contacted CKN since I had not heard from them on the requested move in date I entered at time of reserving. When contacting CKN on Friday 2/23/18 I asked if I could get into the storage unit on Saturday 2/24/18? The person told me that she had a Family event on Saturday and no one would be at the location, she asked if I could come in on Monday to sign the contract? I said that I had already signed the contract electronically on the Web Site and that Saturday was the only day I had & since they had hours of Service on Saturday on they Web Page is why I reserved the unit. I told her I could be there early Saturday & was driving from 100 miles away & would leave early if someone could meet me at 8am on Saturday. She told me she could and would meet me Saturday morning at 8am, she told me to call the number we were talking on when I was outside of Johnston City & she would meet me. So on Saturday morning I was in Johnston City by 8am & called the number 3 times at which time I left messages & did not get a call back from CKN. I drove 100 miles, could not get into the storage unit and had to drive to Marion and make other arrangements for storage which put me way behind for the entire day. I had to contact CKN on Monday about being stood up on Saturday, was told she completely forgot & had a Sick Child. I asked for my Deposit to be refunded and email confirmation that my ACH for Unit Rental has been cancelled. She assured me this would be communicated. As of today Wednesday 2/28/18 I have had no communication from CKN as promised. Stay away from this Company!! Very poor customer service & no communication!!
