I called to find out if they had a product in stock. My doctors office told me to check before they send the E Scripps over. They will not give me the information when every other pharmacy does what a waste of time.

What a worthless place. 69 year old medicare patient threatened by Mike the pharmicist because a complaint was filed. Ordered test strips on August 12th, 2023. Order was cancelled without reason. Contacted pharmacy in August 12th, 2023 and was told two faxes were sent to doctor and not responded too. No call, no text to me about problem. Tech was short and rude. Visit pharmacy and spoke with pharmacy manager "mike". He said order was received withou any medicare coding. He is ugly because I filed a complaint against the pharmacy. I called the doctor and they said the order was coded and will sendcagain. Finally had enough of idiots mouth and I threatened to call police. He said he will not fill another prescription and called front end manager, Renee. By now I am very upset with attitude of pharmacist and almost in tears. This pharmacy needs to shut down and restaffed. Cancelling an order for diabetic supplies because its easy is not in the best interest of Walmart or the diabetic patient. Filing a complaint with IDoPR against Mike today. This pharmacist needs to have his license revoked.

Best pharmacy my mom ever used. Very professional, organized, helpful. Never crowded, everybody knows what they are doing. We tried Walgreens in Woodstock, McHenry, Crystal Lake, Walmart pharmacy in Woodstock it's always at least 30 minutes lines and employees looks tired and unhappy. Walmart team in Johnsburg always so nice and ready to help. Thank you!

Technicians are mostly helpful and fast after I had a very bad experience at Meijer McHenry, this is my new place for my family's prescription. The pharmacist is nice and helpful too. Finally I found a good one.

I have been declined my OTC asthma medicine, that is essential to my seasonal allergies, as I wake up with extreme asthma and can't puff my Albuterol all morning, because my drivers license expired in April even thought the DMV and STATE extended ALL licenses til August due to covid. I have never heard of a pharmacy manager undermining a STATE protocol during a pandemic. If they want a way to lower sales of pseudophedrine or ephedrine-based products, they should try another way besides going against the LAW. I'm mad. Renewing my license is much harder because of no childcare due to covid, so yes I will renew closer to Aug when I can get a friend to help. Target on the other hand treated me with kindness and supplied my medicine so that's where I'll be going from now on, for all purchases, even though it's a further drive. The shaming and poor service of this pharmacy prompted this review.

Ive been using this pharmacy for about 10 years now and every single person that I have dealt with had always been extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone, im my opinion they have the best pharmacists around. FIVE STARS 100%!

They message you telling you that its ready, but when you arrive its not ready. And if it is ready you have to wait there for 45min while they contact your insurance. They also close without making changes to its open hours online.

My doctors office gave me an incorrect prescription but I didn't realize it until I got home (after hours), I have not opened the meds or anything called both the doc and the Walmart pharmacy today to remedy the situation Doctors office was helpful.... HOWEVER the technician at the Walmart pharmacy told me that since I picked it up and didn't realize it was wrong right away it was not her problem and what did i want her to do about it, so I asked what i am supposed to do this has never happened before to me ..... she told me to GIVE IT AWAY TO SOMEONE IF I DIDN'T NEED IT ....... THIS IS A PRESCRIBED MEDICINE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT !!!! I will now be going somewhere else do not use!

Was sent to ER by pharmacy to retain life threatening medication due to complication of prescription after 8 years but ignored and delayed me for a week first. First, the pharmacist knowing there was a issue, sent me to multiple other pharmacies to “try†to obtain my medications. Wasted hours/days of my time when I NEEDED my medication. Wish they told me upfront about the issues present instead of sending me everywhere and being rude and unprofessional when they finally had to explain why.

I've needed two prescriptions filled in the last week and neither if them were ready when expected and to make matters worse the prescription I so badly needed today won't be filled. I went in more than an hour after my appointment to pick it up only to find out they just saw it on their fax, then I come back more than two hours later to pick it up only to find they don't have what I was prescribed and won't have it until FRIDAY!!! I don't understand why I wasn't called with this information earlier in the day so I could figure something out with my doctor during normal business hours. Instead I'm now stuck until tomorrow to have my prescription filled. An incredibly frustrating situation and I will be switching to another pharmacy.
