Technicians are mostly helpful and fast after I had a very bad experience at Meijer McHenry, this is my new place for my family's prescription. The pharmacist is nice and helpful too. Finally I found a good one.

Okay one thing the store is not open 24 hours . Walmart charge my checking account on the 5th for $290 for something I never purchase I looked at it and I put it safe for later . I have been calling Walmart since the 5th to take the hold off my account . They have documentation for the orders were canceled and sent back from FedEx but yet they still will not take off the hold on my account . I am disabled and a wheelchair I I cannot get my heart medicine the other day I had to go to the ER for treatment because I could not get my heart medicine I cannot pay my rent the rest of it because they're holding $290 and items that were canceled and items that was sent back from FedEx when I called the number I am sent to the Philippines Honduras South Africa which I don't think that's right because they only work for little money and they cannot help with anything . They read from a script . I am sick and tired of dealing with Walmart they do not care about anybody . They keep telling me 24 to 48 hours they also keep telling me 10 more days . If I wait 10 more days I will be 20 days without my heart medicine . Don't think that's right because I never ordered the table or this house . I also emailed the CEO never heard back . Their prices are outrageous . Their customer service inside the store is ridiculous . They have so many assistant managers inside one store that one you ask for help they cannot help you because they don't know what to do . They charge people double time so check your receipts for this week if you ordered anything they charge twice . And they say you'll get your money within 10 days but what if you need that money what if you're on a strict budget oh my God oh my God oh my God like I am and you count every penny and you need to get your medicine and you already been to the ER because you did not have your medicine . Walmart stores are closing because they're not making enough business . They're losing money . But now they're discriminating against a handicapped person which is me . This is so wrong .

Went to Walmart for groceries, per usual, with my non-verbal 3 year old who also has a mental delay and possibly autism. Everything went fine until he lashed out and had a screaming, whining fit. Which is fine, whatever, im used to it.. but the customers were unhappy, I dealt with that. Went to self checkout, needed help from the older cashier who has dark hair. She came over to remove an item and my child was throwing a fit, in the cart, and she started plugging her ears. Today I went back for more groceries, with my kid once again. Self checkout again today and same cashier was there. She stood about 100 feet away from us and just stared at us until we left. My son was whining some today but not as bad as the last time. Do people not understand there are children who aren't PERFECT? Will be done shopping there for anything due to this employee

I'm with my husband yesterday when I came here. He drives a car so we park our car in their parking lot. Were lucky that time since there is only one left available to park our car. After we park, we enter this grocery store and there are a lot of customers inside. My husband picked one cart and we started to purchase our needs. We went first to the cereal section. My kids love cereal and the container of cereal in our house was already empty. There is empty space in inventory. They need to fill it immediately. One cereal that my kids love was already sold. So I just bought another flavor of it and I purchased 5 boxes of cereal. We spent an hour before we bought everything we needed. And we're glad that there are no long lines at the counter. Gladly we paid our purchases easily.

So, when Walmart came up in my Yelp search it stated, wearing a mask is required. Apparently their associates are not required to wear a mast or even cover the leading source of particulates that can infect you and me...their nose. This is NOT A GAME PEOPLE. I heard on the news this morning that COVID-19 is now the third leading cause of death in America!!! And yet management does nothing at Walmart to secure our safety. I counted 6 Walmart employees in the aisles with their noses fully exposed. One older employee had her mask dangling from her left year in the aisles. There were three vendors stocking shelves all of which had their noses hanging out. Simple LOGIC tell us that if you are breathing from your nose, it is your nose that is the loaded weapon aiming to kill us. So Walmart, are you okay increasing the chances of killing your customers due to ignorant associates and blind management? What the Heck is wrong with you people??!! In the future, and I suggest you all do the same, I will start documenting this with pictures to shame Walmart and their associates. Because - Shame On You!

the worst. slow and lazy. I needed to pick up an anti nausea prescription for my 3 year old son, who could not stop throwing up. The doctor warned me that the insurance might not cover it. Well insurance would not. she told me it was going to be $158! I told her I cant afford that and her reply was , yeah thats expensive. so i left brokenhearted for my son. went home and started doing my own research, and i could have gotten something over the counter for about $7. Why in the world would she not offer any help in telling me about this. She knew how little he was, she knew he was suffering, and she knew how hard it was for me to walk away without that prescription for him. The worst

Rating this pharmacy in the middle as there are times I go here and my prescription is ready or only a short wait that's a 5star but then there have been times I would not even give 1 star. Such as I was released from the hospital in 2015 after a stroke. Went here to get necessary blood thinner. It was a 2 hour wait. I had to call the hospital, call the doctor, and sit there waiting when I should have been at home in my bed or in the least being calm and resting comfortably not all upset and worried and sitting on a hard bench. I switched my medications to my insurance home delivery and now only use this pharmacy for one time prescriptions.

It depends on what shift you go in on. Some of the customer service agents are great, polite, professional, helpful, understanding and on top of their jobs. Others act as if its an inconvenience to assist you, they are slow and extremely rude. If you're in the drive through you rarely see the agents face and they are gone before you can even say anything to them.

Do not buy fish from the pet section. Bought 2 the other day and woke up today and one is dead. My other fish are from pet stores and they're fine. Lack of care and maintenance in the tanks.

I practically live here. If cashier doesn't greet you, give them a friendly greeting first and a smile. Working for Walmart must suck.
