I had a kids pool party and after 4k in quotes more than a new heater 2x over between 2 combines being a mechanic I replaced the parts. Heater does not work. Desperate called Novonty and there friendly tech came out last minute and found the issue within about 15 min. I located the part and installed it 20 kids happy. That hayward tech deserves a raise! Probably would have solved issue without me spending 800$ in parts or my labor. Got a issue call them first. They don't rip you off!

Great friendly service. I get my propane tanks for the forklift & BBQ grill filled here on a regular basis. If you don't see it there ask they're great at helping you out they're a bit smaller than your normal True Value and may not have everything you need so maybe call First but if you're local stop on by

I purchased my 30" cub cadet riding mower from Novotny and have been quite pleased with the customer service and maintenance work. Bobby and Mark are always a pleasure to talk to and they explain things quite effectively. They offer pick up and drop off service which is very helpful. Mitch is always on time to pick up and drop off. They are quite a distance from where I live but I would sacrifice customer service over location any day of the year. They truly go the extra mile when it comes to their customers. Just give them a try and you too will be convinced.

no customer service, they are more interested in selling parts than lawnmowers. stood there for ten minutes and got no help. hardware store is minuscule at best.

Bobby is AWESOME!Long story short, bought a new mower (not from Novotny although I should have!) and it wasn't working, Turns out, it wasn't the battery it was user issue (yep... I should have paid attention to the husband when he tried to show me how to start the darn thing properly). HOWEVER - Bobby tested my battery and showed me that it was good, and then he troubleshot the issue with me. Realizing what it was, he took me over to a mower to show me what steps to take. (Yeah, he probably realized I missed something, but he NEVER made me feel like I didn't know what I was doing. Very helpful and kind - and that was appreciated more than he will ever know.)When that was done, he even offered to come pick up the mower if it was still not working to fix it. I didn't even buy it from him, and he was offering his help to fix the darn thing.The customer service at this place is amazing. Always greeted with a smile and a hello. When you can't find what you are looking for, they are johnny on the spot to help you.After this particular round of visits, they have won a customer for life. I will start with them before going to one of the box stores. For customer service alone, it is totally worth it!

Such amazing customer service! They are so knowledgeable and helpful! They have been my go-to for pool supplies and help, and then they went above and beyond to help me with servicing my lawn mower in such a timely manner! 5 stars all the way!
