“I recently submitted an insurance claim and when I received my replacement phone, I needed assistance getting it setup. Danny explained I needed to call customer service myself or I would need to pay a connection fee. The person I was talking to via customer service was extremely confused thinking I was adding a line not transferring my service. Thankfully Danny was able to help get it sorted out and my phone was properly connected! Thank you Danny for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Much appreciated!!!”

“I was having the worst time setting up my new device. Extremely irritating how these devices need to be set up. I was so over trying to speak to someone over the phone I went into the Verizon Mchenry location was greeted right away and he definitely seen my frustration. He got my phone all set up within 10 mins I was out of there. Really wished I remembered his name I think it was James but unsure. Anyways whoever this lovey man is deserves some praise. I was ready to completely switch phone services because of this. But because this man was so great I have decided to keep paying the ridiculous price we pay to be sure we continue to receive this type of service.”

“So I recently moved 0.4 miles away from this CVS and as a previous Walgreen's snob, i was dejected and swore to only go in if absolutely necessary. I reluctantly signed up for a CVS Extracare card and switched my one prescription over. Well 4 months later, I end up here more than I care to admit! It is a perfect place to run for that one ingredient you forgot at the grocery store, the bottle of wine that you need on Friday night or, as in the case this morning, milk for the baby to drink. 9/10 times they have had what I was looking for. (They don't have tortilla shells... an assortment of other bread products but no tortillas.) I docked a star because sometimes cleanliness is an issue in this store and oh my Lawd, those receipts are the definition of deforestation. The employees are always friendly, helpful and attentive. And I roll in at maximum neediness, crying baby, hungover, stressed out, in my pajamas, etc. I haven't had any dealings with the pharmacy yet but I will later today. I am assuming they will also adhere to the high standards set by the front of store staff.”

“If I could give 6 stars, I would do that! I Googled and selected this company out of excellent reviews from various websites. John and Sean came, on a morning after a heavy snow storm in a pandemic, to fix a big mess left by another electrician who failed to install my NuTone replacement of a brand new M&S intercom & Music system (with 7 speakers throughout the house) after 10 hours. They had to figure out the wrong wiring, and redo them correctly for the central control station and all 7 speakers, including an outdoor one. They pleasantly finished everything in just 2 hours. When John showed me the bill, it was way too reasonable for me to not feel guilty to accept it. I had to insist for him charging me more and add another bonus for them on top of that. Both of them are incredibly kind and capable that I wish I found them earlier.”
