I have had some issues with past dealerships, so i decided to give Quality a try. i worked with Blic Echols, and he was absolutely amazing. they worked with my credit so well, and made sure they were giving me the best possible deal, and the best payment set up for my new car. i absolutely love my car, and they have gained a very loyal customer. they also worked great with mine and my dads crazy schedules, quick and easy paperwork, and very fast! these guys really go above and beyond for their customers, and aren’t just focused on making a sale. i cannot recommend them enough!!

I've never bought a vehicle there. I have had my van in there for repairs. I do NOT recommend this repair shop. Took my vehicle there two time in 6 months the first time I was able to drive for two weeks. The second time my vehicle didn't even last 12 hours. Now $5000 later and I still have a broken down vehicle. It's sad that they don't care about their customers.

This is my 5th vehicle purchased from the Quality family. Once again they provided stellar service and a fair deal. If I were to reflect on vehicle negotiations at other dealers, I always felt like I was getting an unfair deal. Not here! I would highly recommend this dealership and Quality family if you are looking for a vehicle, new or used!

Excellent experience. I was in a really tough spot having just lost my vehicle in an accident along with other complications, and Briana and George really helped me out. They kept in touch and helped find what I was looking for in a timely manner. Quite pleased with the whole thing.

I just wanted to say thanks to Keith & the service department.My wife & I were on our way to southern MO. My truck wouldn't start without a jump. I need a new battery, none of the part stores could do the install due to the electronics. I drove to Quality and explained our situation to Keith. He was able to get a new battery installed in under 30 minutes. Even being down a tech. He didn't have to help me but chose to do so anyway. Above & beyond in our opinion. Thanks again to Keith & the tech that did the work. We really appreciate it.
