Stopped in last week to ask questions about switching from AT&T to Verizon, and also for pricing on Apple Watch. Travell was super friendly and nice to work with. He answered all of our questions, and also provided different options that would fit our family best. We will be switching service with Travell as soon as our current contract is up!

I came in here to file an insurance claim for my phone because I didn't realize this place isn't able to do that as they are not part of the corporate stores but the staff were quick to help me out by letting borrow their phone as mine was shattered and were super helpful and friendly.
