TERRIBLE customer service! The lady never greeted me as I stepped up to the counter and she seemed like it was really a bother for her to have to deal with my 1 small package. I said Hi how are you? She never answered! Just weighed my package and robotically went through the motions. She didn’t even say thank you or hand me my receipt! Just laid it on the counter with my change for me to pick up. So rude! I will gladly wait in line an hour at the main post office from now on, if I have to. I will never be back!!

I used to come to the Post office because it was so much easier to go through, but I will never be back. The woman I dealt with on 7/22/21 was AWFUL never have I had to deal with a woman who didn’t respond to manners and just wasn’t nice. I said thank you to her multiple times and she never responded. Took my payment as if it was covered in dirt, said thank you to her every time she handed me something and she acted as if It was exhausting her being there. Customer service sucks to work in I get it but I think it’s time for this woman to retire or find a different job not dealing with the public. I surely did make sure to tell her how rude she was being when I left. Completely awful. Reevaluate your employees.
