The service today was quick and wonderful as always. I just went in and me and 1 other kind young lady witnessed the most ignorant rude customer imaginable pester and inconvenience the 2 men working inside but they kept a level head and stayed professional and I admire that. These guys don’t deserve to have their days thrown off because of her and I hope that they see this and it cheers them up. Way to go boys.

The staff here at this post office in Jacksonville, Illinois are fantastic. Very friendly and professional. I have always received the very best service.

The Jacksonville, IL facility NEVER answers their phone. Repeated tries just keep ringing. Is it possible to give less than 1 star?

I am not a complainer. I usually just grin and bare it, but today I watched as the mail van slowed and past right by my mailbox, which had the red flag up indicating I had mail to be sent out. The red flag was clearly visible. This is not the first time over the ten years I've lived here. My tax refund was deemed undeliverable in 2022 even though I was here. I really like the postman and also the postal folks at the post office, but this was the last straw. When you have a bill to pay, you expect it to be picked up and delivered to its destination in a safe and timely manner.

Got to love lazy carriers package was out for delivery then went to a P. O box which I don't own. Carrier delivered mail to my house. This has happened multiple times i will be filing a local complaint as well

Trying to find out why a package was not delivered when it shows that it was out for delivery 2 days ago. All i get is an automated system that stated the same information that the website and ebay are showing. And people wonder why we no longer use the postal service
