very poor customer service. 95- degree heat index so we brought our 2 month old puppy in. There are no signs saying no animals allowed. Was asked to leave since he wasnt a service animal. I wont be back.

Most ridiculous situation I have ever had in a gas station. I am 55 and went in to purchase a 6 pack of beer while my husband pumped gas. I pit the beer on the counter and clerk asked for my ID. Not a problem but I had my husband's wallet and not my ID. I told her I didn't have my ID but I'll have my husband just come in and pay for it and ise his own drivers license. (I completely understand needing to see ID). I wasn't upset at all until she told me no, she can't sell it to me. I said I know, my husband will come in and buy it . She said no because she knows it's for me. I said we are both drinking it and maybe I was buying it for him to begin with??? Long story short, My husband still came in, with his ID, had cash and she would still not sell him the 6 pack of beer. BTW he is 60. Also, my husband said he had my ID in his wallet which I was surprised to hear (it was an old one, expired) But obviously had my DOB, still no sale to him. We use that gas station all the time for gas, snacks, ice, beverages etc. looks like Loves Gas station will be getting our business now.

I've been here twice and the staff is rude! Nobody would wait on me as I stood at the counter when I finally spoke up the manager got out of her chair and was rude taking a gift card for gas. When I try to get the gas I put the handle and nothing came out. I had to run back inside and ask for help and the worker just stood there telling me I wasn't pulling the handled correctly. So I ran back outside and pulled the handle 10 more times has she just stood in the doorway yelling at me that I was pulling the handle too much?! So I had to run back in AGAIN and beg for help because my son was late for school at this point and I was late for a job interview. Finally the manager walked out and rudely told me to backup the next pump and get the gas. I will never go back to this place this is the second time and the last timeOverpriced. Unfriendly. In between there gift card machine being broke and their gas pumps being broke not worth the trip . Go to loves it is right next door

I have stopped at this place multiple times. And multiple times I have seen people who are not employees behind the counter. I don't feel that this is very good for business.

First time coming here. Needed a gas station to grab some food and munchies. Accidentally walked into the subway restaurant that doesn't connect together with the gas station. Plenty of gas pumps, easy access to the highway, fair prices too. Clean restrooms for your convenience

Gaming room and bathrooms are not very clean. Some of the cashiers are rude and snotty.
