Terrible customer service. The worst actually. I tried to find a corporate number to complain because the rudeness is coming from the lady manager. Impossible to find a customer service number. Avoid this place at all costs.

Nothing like hearing staff laugh about how another customer didn't know the value of what he brought in and how it was a 'steal' for them. Really? I get that people should do research before trading stuff in or selling... but laughing about taken advantage of someone is horrible!

Unfortunately, this shop has went down hill with the new employees. This was much better when Joshua was manager. Employees there have been incredibly rude, and callous. Will be letting people know to try the new place in town and to avoid here.
