Long time customer of 10 or so years. Received a post card for a wellness check, so I scheduled thinking my dog needed vaccines or something. They check with me twice to confirm the time before, I say I'll be there. I get there 5 minutes early. I then proceed to wait patiently for 40 minutes...finally I ask the front desk if everything is okay. The doctor finally comes in for less than a minute, looks my dog over for a minute, weighs her, then sends me off...I ask if I owe anything, they say go to the front. I am told I owe $40! I say calmly "can I ask what I'm paying for?" Then I wait some more for the doctor to come out. She says they are professionals and can do a check quickly etc...I tell her I'm not paying $40. She threatens me immediately with collections and tells me to find a new vet. I suggest paying half, which was MORE than fair, she threatens me again. I agree to pay and ask that she stop yelling at me, she then proceeds to yell at me more. I say "great, now I get yelled at and ripped off." It's a shame, I knew they were expensive but always enjoyed the doctor I worked with (he was gone this day and another one filling in did the yelling). This is how they treat loyal customers, I'd go somewhere else if I were you.

We drove two hours to see Dr Colleen Koch who is an animal behavioral specialist. She came recommended by our vet when we were having behavior issues with our dog. After one phone session and one in person session we are highly impressed and can already tell the difference that working with her and learning from her will make. Highly recommend!

Recently scheduled some appointments for my cat, Pete, and have been very appreciative of how kind and easy going all the staff have been. The prices are good, and the care is exceptional. I will most certainly be taking my other pets here for any of our needs from now on!

They are the nicest vets ever, with amazing prices. Got back to me when they could and gave me options for cremation, the website to look for an urn for Snickers, and a card signed by everyone. I cried so much. VIP Cremation was 270, checkup was about 55, his dental appointment was 115... wonderful prices. And his teeth looks so amazing.I truly thank them for doing what theyre taught to do. And hope they don't think this is their fault for his passing. Guinea pigs are such weak things, and Snickers was already sick and weak.Thank you for taking care of him and making sure he came home ?

Lincoln Land Animal Clinic has been our vet for 8+ years. They saw us through the passing of our first beloved dog and are now treating our new pup, Sophie. Sophie got into a scuffle with her cousin dog and she needed to be seen after some bleeding and oozing of her injury. They got us in right away and cleaned up her wound and got her some medicine to help her along. I was so worried about her but feel reassured now. So glad they took care of us quickly and gave me peace of mind.

This happened 2 years ago but I was reminded of it today and thought I’d finally leave a review. I took my Pomeranian to see Colleen Koch for a behavioral consultation. Finn has had some issues with small children and with being hyper focused on food. Unfortunately, this behavioral consultation turned into an unwanted nutrition consultation. I was told that raw diets cause aggression and that high meat diets are causing heart problems. I think I went into shock for a moment after that statement. I can’t believe a vet said something that completely false. (It was around that time that grain free diets were coming up under suspicion for causing dilated cardiomyopathy and it was suspected that they weren’t providing enough taurine for adequate heart health. Where does taurine come from? Meat! So how does it make any sense that high meat diets would cause this specific heart condition when it’s the lack of taurine that was suspected as causing problems??) She ended up advising me to change Finn’s diet immediately to some corn filled garbage. He almost died from the amount of diarrhea and vomiting that ensued so thanks for that, Colleen! She did briefly touch on the behavioral issues I was there for. She told me that Finn shouldn’t be around children, that in fact, no dog should ever be around children. Instead, Finn needed to learn to enjoy being isolated for up to 8 hours a day while I babysat my friend’s two daughters. Oh, and muzzling dogs is apparently comparable to rape. I had mentioned that I’d trained and conditioned Finn to wear a properly fitted muzzle for when kids are over and Colleen told me that it’s the equivalent of putting a woman in a straightjacket, putting her in a maximum security men’s prison, and letting them have their way with her. Wtf?? And last, but certainly not least, when I took Finn outside to potty him, Colleen told my mother that he “looks like a rescue dog”. What kind of nasty bs insult is that?? What a complete and utter waste of $500. If you have a dog with any similar issues, don’t waste your money on this quack.
