The meat is cut fine and is clean, friendly staff. However the sauage and especially the bacon have no flavor...never tasted such bland sausage and bacon. Someone needs to go to seasoning school

They have a good variety of meat, and fruits you can't find anywhere else in town. They can also do special orders and a provide several other services.

Family run business, lots of selection. Fast easy deer processing. Been eating sticks and jerkey for years from here. Super glad to have been close by this deer season. I'll be back!

So not happy with the beef processing done here compared to processing we have had done other places. I am going to have to re-wrap nearly all and I cannot even read what is in the packages so it will be a guessing game. My first thought is I am also short as in did not get exactly what ordered but will have to wait and update this post after I inventory tonight. I cannot even go by order slip because I have packages of meat in hand that are not even indicated on the order form. I'm splitting this 1/2 beef with a family member so now there is going to be a whole bunch of my time involved in re-wrapping and figuring this out. Order looks light on chuck roasts, and heavy on burger and I question how 2-3/4" steaks in a package produce a package that is only 3/4" thick.
