my wife and I had the most amazing day. we went car shopping and found the car that we love. With the help of Kole Utter he pointed us in the right direction and set us on the right path. He is an awesome sales rep. He was kind, courteous and got us exactly what we were looking for.very nice and friendly staff. we highly recommend United Chevrolet Buick GMC. Big thanks to Kole Utter.

Went to go make a deal on a truck salesman we had was VERY unprofessional, didn't even introduce himself and shake hands like a salesman should, In the process of making the deal he instantly judged me and my buddy who had came from work and asked if we had credit with a smirk like we weren't made of anything. Then while talking, proceeds to answer 4 personal phone calls mid sentence and took his sweet time at his desk. Then didn't even want to negotiate and sell a truck. Sounds like a kid who had everything handed to him growing up...

My husband and I went in to see if we could trade in and get a newer vehicle but stay within our budget. Paige D helped us work everything out even before we physically went to the dealership. She requested politely if she could text me as we worked through what our needs were and what vehicles she had on the lot that would serve us well. She made the whole process as stress free as possible.

I was visiting from out of town and my GMC Acadia started throwing codes and was having temp issues. I pulled into the service area for United and was greeted by 3 very friendly folks. They looked at my car and had a tech out to quickly diagnose it. They jumped in and fit my car in for repair right away. Within 3 hours, it was fixed and I was able to get back on the road back to Kansas City. Based on this first impression and good experience with them, I would absolutely recommend the service department at United. Big thanks to them for not throwing a wrench in my travel plans (pun absolutely intended).

Started the car buying process over the phone. Due to living two hours away and COVID. Set up financially with a lender of my choice and sent all documents requested. Completed all of these tasks ans to be returned with a call to hear there was a mistake on the listing. Instead of the listed 37,xxx miles, there is 97,xxx miles. Unbelievable. Absolute waste of two hours of my (and my lender's) day, that could have been spent purchasing a vehicle from a more deserving business.
