Refused to give me information on my account when I called with 2 issues about my phone.Said I (cricket wireless user for almost three and a half years) had to come over (25 mile drive) and show ID.Said their manager was not in and I could not contact him.Got his first name and that was it.You're a wireless phone store,not a top secret CIA lab.
