Service may be a little more than your normal car wash experience but they do an excellent job cleaning the exterior of your car. Room to clean the interior is adequate and thr vacuum cleaners actually work without having to remove empty beer cans or other junk from clogged vacuum hoses. Overall good experience.

My husband had a terrible experience today at the Jacksonville Illinois location. The attendant was not only rude but was unable to communicate without losing his temper. When he was finished the same attendant and two others came from the office and tried to intimidate and berate my husband, without listening to his issue or sending a manager out to handle the problem. My husband cancelled both his and my accounts due to this lack of quality of service.

had a longggg road-trip ahead of me in the morning, so i decided to stop by the car wash so i could get it fully cleaned out before hand! in the midst of cleaning my car top to bottom, i threw away medication for my cat. (medication that was a prettyyyy pennyyyy meant for this car ride), i realized about 30 minutes later that i threw it away. we came back in a panic, checking all trash cans and everything had been emptied already. keeping hope, we contacted the manager(i believe the manager) STEVEN in shift in hopes they hadn’t taken it to the dumpster yet, and sadly they did just a few minutes before we came back. even after saying many times we were fully willing to dig through that dumpster ourselves, steven STILL insisted he would do it to help us out! and about 20 minutes later of him full body in the NASTY dumpster HE FOUND IT! i’ve never ever experienced this much kindness out of a stranger before, and i hope the higher ups do more than pat this man’s back. you’ll never find another person like this anywhere, much less jacksonville. in conclusion, he saved me LOTS of money, time, cat stress, and saved my cat from a 4 hour drive of hell. you guys changed a lot of lives tonight. and we couldn’t thank you enough.

Look, guys, you don't get tips if you don't do your job correctly if you see dirt spray it off.....the way your wheelwells looks is very important, especially when you wash your car

Did a decent job. As with most places, the help is lacking a bit.
