I bought a pair of Hoka shoes. 5 months ago and the bottom sole is coming apart. When I called to find out what to do, I was told to bring them back in for new pair....Fantastic.

I love this store so much!! They have the best employees ever - always go over the top to help you with everything you need!!! Even if it’s with a crazy Xmas project ?!!!! Love them!!! ♥️ ?. Tasha is always there to help me when I need her - she’s an asset to this store for sure - I love the way they have so much fun with each other!!

So helpful, I ended up buying a pair of nice shoes for my whole family. I even had a return the following week, absolutely no problems & I ended up just trading for another pair of comfort sport shoe. I will definitely be back. A+

The selection is amazing, however customer service is lacking. Went in and a lady with bright blonde hair was absolutely rude. Didn't seem to want to help. When asking questions she was rude and short acting like I was an inconvenience. Then would continue to socialize with her friend. I'd rather buy the merchandise online from the retailer than have to deal with the hostility.

Went in for boots on a recommendation after spending about 2 hours and a 2 hour drive to Missouri to come up empty handed without any real help . Strolled into browns . Very nice young lady approached asking if she could help . And in less then 15 min I had a pair of boots that fit and socks that add extra cushion which will help with a nerve problem I have in my feet .Highly recommend this place staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff is very knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. I came in a few days before Christmas looking for a specific shoe. They were so nice helping me find what I needed. Even though they didn’t have my size they were more than willing to order.
