The front desk has always been super kind and helpful making my appointments and giving me options that best work for me. The team has always taken great care of my vehicle and even cleaned it out and washed it as well which is just above and beyond the basic appointment needs. “Staff are friendly and professional. Repair rates seem pretty standard.Plan ahead. We had to wait several weeks to get in for body work, twice - front and back bumpers, on an older VW. Once they have it, it takes a little while.My car looks beautiful now! Very professional work. They cleaned all the dog hair out of the car interior before we picked it up, and that was an unexpected bonus!I am not sure that repairing headlights is normally part of body work; I just made the assumption that it was. Each time we picked up the car there was a problem with lights. One was a headlight and the second time the tail lights did not work. They were quick to get it in to fix it, but when we picked it up the last time, one marker light doesn’t work. I just let it go, because I wanted to drive the car.I would certainly rely on them again.”
