“Most businesses only hear about their level of service when it's BAD, so I'm here to sing the praises of Jeff Mossman - State Farm Insurance Agent and his team. We recently moved, and ended up buying our new house before selling our former. We easily decided to stay with Jeff's insurance team as they have always been wonderful to work with. In all the paperwork, moving, and general hubub of September, terminating the homeowner's policy for our old house completely slipped my mind. Fast forward to mid-January, when I received a call from our SF office asking if we had listed our former house yet, as we were carrying two homeowner's policies. ? I. WAS. MORTIFIED. It could have been a VERY expensive oversight on my end, but Kris in the office reassured me it would be fine and they would handle it. One month later, and I have received a check for the amount I had overpaid for 4 months. THANK YOU for handling what could have been an extremely costly mistake!”
