Today has been really stressful and anxiety inducing-- bit of a mess. But when I go in, the gentleman here was so unbelievably kind, calm, patient, understanding, and helpful. Those other reviews really weren't kidding. They're so nice. Wish I lived closer so I could go more often.

I agree with what many other people have said about this location. This simply in my opinion the best post office. The employees are always friendly and extremely helpful. I go out of my way to use this location. I highly recommend this location.

This is, quite simply, the best USPS location ever. In this era, so many USPS locations, particularly in denser parts of major cities, range from incompetent to straight up illegal levels of service. My home locations in Ravenswood and Audobon (Manhattan) were both this way. The two main front desk guys here, however, have worked there forever and are both pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Even the 3-4 other people who sometimes man the front are excellent. have never had a bad experience with the Itasca Post Office. These guys should get raises :)
