Great staff. I arrived at 9:30 for a 12:30 appointment and they assigned me a door within 5 minutes. Unloading was less than 1 hr. There is no overnight parking allowed.

My first time here and I checked in at 6:50 for a 7:00am appointment. I backed in front of door 2 since all the doors were empty, and it would save me walking distance and I wouldn’t have to park on the street. Receiving wasn’t here yet, and I asked an office worker where to check in. He told me to wait til 7:00. That’s fine with me.As I’m walking out he told me to go park back on the street since I don’t know what door I’m gonna be put in. I didn’t understand this since my appointment is in 5 min, no one is in any door, and I was not in anyone’s way. He responded by telling me if I don’t go park on the street, then I would be “escalating the situation”, and that’s up to me. Lol.I then waited in door 2 for a couple minutes when receiving came out and had me back into door 2. From there, everything was good. ?

Horrible beer truck company I give them two thumbs down when it comes down to their delivery like the old man with gray hair he drives the corona truck what's the number 76 he always managed to block the bus stop how can senior citizens like my mom get on the bus if there's a big beer truck they're blocking the bus stop

I’m a veteran of the United States Navy. I took a job at Town & Country Distributors and I was literally met at the door with adversity. John, is a terrible leader and the worker shortage they are having is largely due to his incompetence and classic product over people approach. This man desperately needs to be trained in customer service and how to effectively communicate with minorities since his entire labor force is minority. It’s a shame i couldn’t have stuck around longer to teach proper and effective communication.

Firstly, I'd like to say literally from the moment I walked inside I was being taunted and disrespected by the leadership. Very rude and I'm pretty sure the lack of workers is from the terrible leadership. Would not recommend.

Nice place to deliver. No overnight parking. Check-in from 7-1 pm Monday-Friday. Receiving is on Hollywood side of building and shipping is on Ardmore. They’ll take you early if schedule permits it. I got lucky ??

Arrived at 6:30 am for a 7am appointment that was clearly listed on the Rate Confirmation. Signed in, was asked for my appointment time, was told to back in door 1 or 2 when available. Backed in to door 1 sat for twenty minutes. Guy who runs receiving, wouldn’t give his name, came back and said we did not have appointment. Would not unload us without appointment, trucks with appointment come first. Only truck here was already back to dock being unloading.Text dispatch, received new appointment time for 9:00 am. From 7:30 to 9 am we were the only truck at the dock just sitting. Guy doing the unloading was standing in the parking lot smoking. Finally spoke to the Bryan who runs receiving and ask why we couldn’t be unloaded until 9, no other trucks here. His answer, it’s the principle we only unload by appointments. We are not a FCFS facility. Unloading began promptly at 9am, still no other trucks here for delivery, just us!So it’s the principle. The state our country is in and this “Little man” standing on his principle. No empathy, no hey let’s work this out. We’re trying to deliver your product you ordered!!! Very rude little man, oh I forgot it’s the principle. Whom ever this little man reports to should be aware. If we were treated this way, how does he speak to others, as well as fellow employees. Get a life little man. Doesn't take much to be kind!! Don’t have to worry about delivering here again, you just lost a dedicated truck for your product. Keep up the good work “Little Man!”

I have been here twice in a week now. Very mice place to deliver to. You do have to slide the tandems back. Two doors for unloading and they will put you in right away. I will take a small family run business over a large grocery warehouse any day.
