NICK AT THIS COMPANY BOOKED A LOAD FOR DRY VAN FOR A LOAD SUPPOSED TO GO ON A FLATBED, AND USED OUR TRUCKS FOR AT LEAST 100 MILES TO DEADHEAD TO THE SHIPPER, & WENT GHOST AFTER THE ISSUE OCCURED. NEVER PAID THE DRIVERS FOR HIS INCONVENIENCE, BLOCKED AND IGNORED ALL THE CALLS AND EMAILS. I REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, BEWARE!!!

This company doesn't listen. Over the last 4 years I've told customer service / routing coordinators or whoever they're called to save my contact information. Every time there's a new booking request I have to resubmit everything. Quite frankly it's off-putting and unacceptable. I've told Geraldine Garcia and Maribel Sierra MANY TIMES to save my contact info. They never do. Now Ophira Dubhorn is doing the same thing. Ophira is reaching out of the first time, but the incompetence of this department is astounding. Any other freight forwarder wouldn't do this. We are stuck using them because of our customer. I will never do business with them ever. If I go to a company that does business with Shipco, Ill will stop doing business with them at the new company.

Griselda Ibarra who I booked a load with refused to pay me my detention time for 2.5hrs after wasting my whole day at the receiver and left her errand person Kristine Karaffa to answer and reply to my emails and calls on the 3 rd day that’s when they said they will it be able to pay me detention . If I could I’d rate this zero cause of them brokers.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I don't know why they exist. My shipment already arrived but they did not release the freight. I spent a whole day trying to call them, but no one answered. I left them voice mails and sent them emails. They never responded. This company is a farse!
