These guys rock!! They replaced my AC heat exchanger, got the ac back to freezing and replaced my broken grill all in a Friday afternoon. Will definitely be back.

My whole family loves this shop, I’ve brought them my mothers Chrysler 200 to work on, my boyfriends Ram Lamarie 2500, and a bmw 330iXDrive, their versatility and knowledge on any and all kinds of vehicles plus their fair pricing and incredible service has made them our go to shop for a few years now. My friend car starter wasn't working, so we went to High Tech Auto Repair & Bodywork. We asked if we could return the old starter to AutoZone for a refund, as they offer cash back on old parts. It was a simple question. However, the mechanic told us that if we returned the starter to AutoZone, we could get few cash back. Then he said, You will keep arguing or you pay. Then he got mad and said we shouldn't ask "STUPID QUESTIONS" in the future. We asked why he was being rude. He replied that he wants "EDUCATED CUSTOMERS". I couldn't believe how he spoke to us. Later, I saw a review mentions that the mechanic needs to improve his communication skills. I totally agreed. This has become the worst experience I have ever had.

These guys provided one of the worst customer experiences I've ever encountered. I visited to have my car starter fixed, but instead of returning my original part after replacing it, the owner kept it without my consent. Despite paying for the new part, I expected to receive a refund by returning the old one, but the owner outright refused and insulted me, calling me stupid and illiterate. Their disrespectful and ignorant behavior was shocking. When I confronted them, they rudely told me not to return. It's clear they lack basic customer service skills and professionalism. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment.
