There are always issues getting the medication on time. At the end of the year, they are always way behind on re-verification. I'm local and they have refused to messenger or Fedex shipment to meeting our infusion times EVEN when we said we'd pay for a messenger. They let severely medically fragile kids suffer and say things like "can't he infuse a few days later"? They are clueless and mean. They don't understand the ramifications of their lateness.

If your a Black American or a Mexican American stay clear from this place, I worked there and I felt as if I would never fit in with the group of people in the pharmacy warehouse. I had a very serious situation happen to a family member and if I didn’t tell them all of my life story they would treat me as if I’m the ugly step child. The manager will try and pretend to be your friend but that’s not the case, she is just like the rest of them if you didn’t come over from their previous location you’re not in… your just help in their eyes. I was working there for about 4 months and on my 3rd month a new employee came but she wasn’t new she was a supervisors daughter, and when she arrived it’s like I was never going to excel. The supervisors daughter was overpassing me and I started before her knowing the job at its best of what I was taught. I am a very hard worker and she did the bare minimum and was able to get away with it. I was doing jobs that was meant for 3 people at times, while the other older employees complained about doing just one more task added to their duties. I can go on and on but I’m pretty sure you get the point.

They answer the phone every time I call. I talk to a real person. So far any and every issue I could think of has been treated with high priority. Delivery drivers always call and are very nice and courteous. I cannot complain they do a wonderful job. Thanks Guys, you have a great team, Keep up the good work !!!

I've gotten my supplies twice from them and the came through both times. They call when my supplies need replenishment before I run out. The company goes above and beyond any other company I've dealt with. Thanks to all that work there.

Never call to set up shots. Have to track them down. They won’t let you make the next month’s appointment when you actually are they are.

We were told home delivery of medication would be covered by Medicare. They would call when they knew our supplies are running low. They never mentioned an additional cost for re-ordering supplies. We ended up getting a bill for almost $400. Customer service kept calling me asking us where our payment was. After calling Medicare, dr. and receiving harassing calls from Option Care, we didn't want to fight any more and paid the bill. 3 days later, they are still calling us asking for our payment, EVERY SINGLE DAY! I told them we already paid it. They look into their records and saw we already paid it but they still keep calling! My mom was very sick. This was a very stressful time for us and to deal with this, it made it even worse!!

My child has been a patient with them for 20 years. It's gone through several changes. I've never had an issue getting the prescribed items his doctors have requested. That I feel is a hugh plus and worth 5stars.What has changed, for the WORST, is customer service. Every month I have to call to request refills. This is an ORDEAL. After I navigate the the "prompts" I'm finally connected to the proper department. WHERE I SIT & WAIT FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE REPRESENTATIVE. After about 20mins of waiting and hearing that I can email my request for refill (usually for the 10th time) I decide to do this. I requested the items I needed refilled on a Tuesday. I specifically stated that I didn't need certain items. By Friday after multiple emails, phone calls (again on hold), customer feedback forms on their website I still didn't know if my son's order was in. Once I left a complaint, that went to managment, I finally got my follow up phone call.OH YEAH! ON SATURDAY, I FINALLY GOT MY SON'S MEDICAL SUPPLIES. ALMOST 1 WEEK AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER. GUESS WHAT? ALL THOSE ITEMS I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T NEED.......YEAH, I GOT GOT THEM.WALGREENS OPTION CARE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.After 20 years I'm looking for a medical supplier that actually takes the time to read the emails they said they would.
