Very streamline process. The referal was faxed from doctor on a Wednesday had my infusion scheduled by Monday. The insurance approval was completed and cost was clearly stated. They have financial options that helped tremendously

Never call when they are supposed to for appointments. Never let you make an appointment for your next visit

My review is based on the company supplies and employees, not some one driving and what not. I always get a timely response and helpfulness even sending a courier the same day because some supplies were bad from manufacture. Only complaint would be how they pack my boxes. They are heavy and I can't carry them. But when they send them by courier the person puts the boxes on mywalker and then I can just reload my cart of supplies. They go above and beyond! My other provider of supplies prior to this tried to tell me I had to reuse my supplies, I ended up with blood infection and was septic. So thank you option care!

The workers at this facility are so reckless. I guess the "option" part means optional stopping at the stop sign in the parking lot. So much for caring about health when you're putting peoples lives in jeopardy by leaving the facility without following any rules of the road.
