Received a gift card and booked a facial. Jennie was excellent. She explained her process, was gentle and my skin looks and feels clean and refreshed. I booked another one next month. The spa is lovely and everyone is so friendly!

I was in town for a funeral and stayed at the Westin Hotel. I was long overdue for a massage. The service, professionalism, and overall experience was top notch! I feel terrible leaving this review because the staff was incredibly kind, but this is NOT the place to get your nails done. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes to receive the WORST no chip mani/pedi I have paid for in years. Overpriced and not worth the time or money for the service.
