My doctor grounded me from running/walking for a month, so I was looking for some place handy with a pool. Natalia helped me with my membership and was very friendly/professional. Went for the first time last night and the pool wasn't too busy, the facility is very, very clean, and the whirlpool/sauna are a nice bonus.

Great fitness club, relatively new equipment , everything was squeaky clean. When you stay at the Westin Hotel you can buy a 24 hr. gym pass. Great opportunity to keep up your fitness routine while travelling.

Great place to work out. Welcoming with friendly staff and the pool is always clean. It is quite warm but I'd rather have the water too warm rather than too cold.

I was in the area for work and needed a gym to drop into.Friendly staff, clean facilities and a competitive drop in fee.Solid place to drop in for those that routinely bench, squat or deadlift.(There's also a nice CrossFit area downstairs.)

Natalia and Ellie were great at setting up my membership. I am part of the Blue Cross/Wellness on Target program and signing up was seamless. I was also shown the app for easy check in. Very clean facility with fresh towels provided. Equipment available and all works. The bathrooms/locker room have a country club feel and even provide mouthwash.

Clean and well equipped! Awesome that they have 24 hour access for members, including if you get a 1 week pass. Very helpful and kind staff. Not overly crowded; easy to get your workout done. Definitely recommend!

GROSS NEGLIGENCE!!! AMENITIES ARE UNSAFE!! We stayed at the hotel 6/23-6/26/2022. On 6/24/2022, we checked out the pool. After about 20 minutes, my 4 year old daughter started screaming that her legs and buttocks were burning. When I got her up to our room and into the shower, I discovered that she had chemical burns all down her backside and backs of her thighs. We immediately pulled the rest of the kids out of the pool and notified the front desk at both the hotel and the health club. The hotel was apologetic but only stated multiple times that the pool was run by the health club and that they had no liability in the situation. They took no ownership of the pool as an amenity and offered no recourse. When we went to the health club, they had no record of who had cleaned the pool, when it had been cleaned, or by whom. They did confirm that the pool deck around the edge of the pool was soaked with undiluted pool chemicals and my daughter had sat right in it. They were also apologetic but said they were not part of the hotel so there was nothing they could do for us. We spent that entire afternoon at urgent care to treat the wounds to our 4 years old's skin. As of today, 6/28/2022, those wounds are still painful and in the process of healing. As of today, 6/28/2022, we have not had any follow up calls or emails from anyone at either the hotel or the health club regarding the incident or to follow up on our daughter's condition.
