Waited in line for 5 minutes. I reach the register and the guy says I can’t do alcohol, you have to go to the line in photo. Really you expect us to wait in line twice. This has happened too many times. My house is right behind this store but I’m done with Walgreens

Another. horrible experience at this Walgreens in Island Lake. The manager I just talked to was the rudest most obnoxious person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I called Walgreens pharmacy today to see about my copay for an expensive medication. I was lucky enough to get a lovely lady named Lauren (who is Dir of Operations i found out). She was pleasant, helpful, and a joy to speak to. I appreciate her taking the time to chat with me about the problem going on with the manufacturer savings card. Thank you, Lauren.

Went in for a Covid test rapid results, now, not only do you have to go in store, it also costs $20 even tho Covid is spreading again, also waited til 2:50 when my appointment was at 2:15 just to hear they don’t understand or know what test I wanted. Well even my email simply says rapid results Covid, no influenza or anything and they were saying I ordered a shot. All in all, this place, these people, this pharmacy is a joke. Not a huge fan of CVS but when I got Covid tests with them this certainly never happened.

Checkout staff: TEN STARS. ALWAYS COURTEOUS, always!!PHARMACIST: FIND a NEW CAREER!!! TOLD MY WIFE PAXLOVID WAS NO LONGER ON THE MARKET BECAUSE IT COST $1,000. Got it for free at another pharmacy.

They have a part time pharmacy. Today is Wednesday and the pharmacy is closed because they don't have a pharmacist. I'm moving my scripts because this is the 3rd time in several months I haven't been able to pick up my scripts on my time...weekend or it's too early. They no longer get my go to card

Definitely zero stars for this place
Especially for the pharmacy area, a lot of new staff, despots and poorly behaved and not to mention if they have to check if a medicine is available they simply tell you nothing has arrived!! without checking the system! Even when Walgreens sends you the confirmation notice!! Shame about the place
They laughed at giving classes on how to treat customers, otherwise these people will end up running to the entire town.

I love this pharmacy and all the people who work there. I have never had a bad experience and everyone always treats me like they know me. The pharmacist and pharmacy staff are seriously saints…I have no idea how they can be so friendly under that much stress.

This Walgreens pharmacy used to have employees that were knowledgeable and well trained. Now they lack the ability to transfer a prescription from another Walgreens to this Walgreens and they lack the ability to look up prescriptions in their system. They also just arbitrarily cancel prescriptions and claim they were picked up when they weren't.

The Store Manager the one with the glasses for the Night Shift super rude. I went to buy some foundation that I needed and it was about 7:30 pm with her there was another employee mopping the floors they saw me and they started from the last isle and they moved right away to the isle where I was. Hello !! Do you need me to move ? So you can mope the floors no sign once so ever nothing. Then they were looking at me if I was doing something wrong because I had a basket with makeup? Please tell me what’s the purpose of the basket ? Is that just for decor ? I ask the cashier at what time they were closing and she said oh we close at 10:00 pm and I said well clearly the guy mopping the flote wanted to close the store earlier than expected!!! RUDE this is the the first time I go and they do stuff like that. I’m done with that store!!!!! You deserve 0000000 stars.
