I do not recommend this clinic. Front desk staff was not very helpful. Looked miserable to be there. Not friendly and welcoming. They didn’t seem to know what they are doing or how to answer questions. I felt like I had to be my own patient. They weren’t cooperative at all with anything that i was asking. Doctor didn’t seem to have interest or care in my visit there. They didn’t provide information needed, or if i was going to receive a call or text for my tests days from now or what. I had to ask for updates myself or what to do next. Not a good experience and horrible communication.

I am just so unhappy with this place and I give it chance after chance. The front desk staff are just miserable miserable people.
My daughter has had STAT Ultrasounds ordered twice. And both times I was not given results until days later. Luckily I’m able to get the results directly online, but I received no phone calls from the doctor interpreting the results. The second time I called the office for results and the front desk, Girl informed me they were never sent the results. long pause and I asked OK then are you going to request the results? How do I get them? She said they never sent them to us. I replied I am I supposed to get they were ordered. She said it doesn’t matter if they ordered stat, we did not receive the results. I again asked how to get the results. She said, she’ll send over a request for results. Sorry but a STAT Ultrasound ordered on a child should be more priority on their part on following up. And this has been twice.
They also are misinformed when I try to get my Rx refills and made me come into the office. Once I was in seeing the physician- he admitted the staff needs more training on this and apologized.
It’s so convenient to go here but I just can not take the lack of follow through or lack of customer service they provide.
Beware of you go here, you need to be completely on top of your care, educate yourse And be your own patient advocate because they will not.

If you are looking for medical care I would stay clear of this place.THEY CAN NOT READ EKGS! I went here after a syncopal episode to avoid high ER costs and wait times. The staff ran an EKG and the doctor came in and told me I most likely had a heart attack. I am a healthy 35 year old, I was shocked! I immediately went to the hospital and they did and EKG as well and it was normal. I asked them how could one test say I had a heart attack and the other one be normal... They took a look at the one from the clinic and it was also NORMAL! There was no reason for me to be sent to the ER. Waste of money.

Could barely get any timely service from anyone who works here after the receptionists LOUDLY exclaim how little they want to be there. Zero professionalism or standards here it seems.

Honestly disgusting, I would not recommend going to this facility. I did not even get to see the doctor. I went in for an immediate care purpose. I called ahead of time to make sure it wasn’t a long wait and I was told there was no wait. I got there and immediately got a bad feeling due to the tone I received when I walked through the door from front desk staff. I proceeded to wait at the facility for 30 minutes, as I was sitting there, the front desk staff and medical staff were talking about drugs in Spanish/English and just very inappropriate topics such as theft and talking crap about their doctors saying they think that he is quote on quote “racist toward Hispanics”. I felt very uncomfortable and I saw the uncomfortable look the girl sitting next to me gave as well. I left to go get help from another immediate care. I should have read the bad reviews before I went there.

Dr Ebirim is obviously someone that was meant to be a doctor. I'm one of those annoying patients that knows what they're talking about. And, as a woman, have OFTEN been dismissed by male clinicians. Not Dr Ebirim. He'll sit & listen, address concerns; however long it takes. His EXTENSIVE experience has also served me well. I had a "bad" shoulder and saw an ortho doc for an injection. I got it, and was in more pain. The ortho said it would go away within a week. I told Dr Ebirim and he said his experience was it's usually 2 weeks. I gave it more time and Dr Ebirim was right. It went away the second week.
He was such a "lifesaver" when I got a migraine. I've had it almost a week when I saw him. Now, the last migraine I had was in 2000. I don't get them often, which is the understatement of the year. He gave me some medicine (Ubrelvy) and it made the noise/light sensitivity go away. The second pill got the headache to go away.
He's really someone that cares about his patients.

Terrible experience at this clinic. The staff was not friendly at all, and the doctor didn’t seem to have any idea what my symptoms could mean. I went in with a fever, swollen lymph nodes, chills and body aches (probably from the fever). When he finished examining me he asked “what do you think it is?” Tell me why I’m paying for a doctor to ask me what I think it is. I felt so uncomfortable and honestly concerned that he had no idea how to proceed. I understand that medicine doesn’t mean you are all knowing, but as a doctor you should have some level of confidence in how to begin to treat a patient with pretty basic symptoms. I will NEVER go back. I had a bad feeling when I walked in, and a worse feeling when I left. I actually went to a second doctor for treatment.

I don’t commonly post negative feedback on a business but I would highly recommend receiving care elsewhere for an urgent need.
I took my fiancé to Lake Immediate Care after 6 days of a fever and other symptoms that weren’t improving. He received a COVID and flu test and was told the flu test results wouldn’t be available for days(all flu tests I have taken come back immediately). After two days we didn’t receive results and I knew the office and pharmacy would be closing soon as it was a Saturday. I called the office and was told I would get a call back I never received. Four days later we received a positive test result and finally some medication after calling numerous times.
We then received a $325 bill for the visit when my policy clearly states all that is owed is the copay that my fiancé paid at the time of visit. I have been back and forth with my insurance and their far from helpful billing department for 7 months because the office is not providing the requested information from the insurance to process the claim.
My father recently went to Lake Immediate Care with concerns of Lymes disease after an adverse reaction to a tick bite. He NEVER received a call back with test results and was left with “we only received one component of the result at this time and will let you know when the other comes” when my mother called anxious to hear the results as it is time sensitive to get medicated should the test come back positive.

We were very happy with previous visits, but my son's last visit we visited for cold, cough and shortness of breath. They didn't do a proper x-ray analysis and they said he had a collapsed lung. told join him emergency care immediatly, so we scared and joined him to Carvel Health William Beaumont, Royal Oak.
After taking another X-ray at emergency care, they confired that there is no problem with the lugs and they suspected the urgentcare took wrong X-ray and analysis.
I suggest you please maintain medical tests, equipment and good doctors to avoid these kind of confusions

I have been seeing Dr. Iba for approximately three years. I have to say he has quite literally saved my life twice. I have never been to a doctor that has paid such close attention to my needs. I went to him with something that I thought was nothing more than a severe cold or possibly bronchitis. He noticed symptoms and sent me for a test. I had a double pulmonary embolism and was unaware of it. I cannot explain how much trust I have put in this doctor. He takes time and pays attention to his patients. I am so grateful that I have found such an amazing doctor. I would recommend him to everybody.

Worst experience ever. This doctor does not help with anything. I found out I was ANA positive and then found out I was pregnant. I had already had 2 miscarriages prior in the last 6 months because ANA antibodies attack the fetus. I found medical studies showing hydroxychloroquine is a safe medication to help with adverse pregnancy outcomes for ANA positive women and my Obgyn said they are fine with me taking it but asked me to go to the doctor that did my blood work for the prescription. I called their office and explained all of this over the phone and was told they could prescribe it if I came in for an appointment so I did. Then the doctor came in and I explained all of this to him and showed him the medical studies about my condition and he refused to prescribe me the medication that could save my pregnancy. This is an FDA approved medication that is absolutely safe for pregnant and nursing women and is known to help ANA positive pregnancies. The doctor continued to argue with me as I cried and I told him to not bill my insurance as he didn’t do anything for me and he said he would still be billing my insurance. He is a doctor that does not care and I would not recommend him to anyone. This was a waste of my time.

The staff was pleasant, however, I was extremely surprised by the $870 charge for a simple Medical Visit & Laboratory Service (Covid, RSV, Flu test).

Extra effort award goes to the Dr’s at Lake immediate care. They have been taking care of me and my family for years. Many times going the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied.

Says they take state insurance but after sitting and filling out paperwork they say I have to call and make them my PCP. So much for Immediate care.
