“I have been shopping at Sundance since the day it opened in Deer Park. It is a little bit of a hike for me but worth it. For example, yesterday I got there 30 minutes before the store closed. Almost every sales person in the store helped me, spearheaded by Wendy and Becky. They all work as a team and do their best to be honest about how things fit and how they look. It is just delightful. Even if I have had a problem, they take care of it 1-2-3. And we were still there checking out at 5::03pm and they were all still smiling and suggesting things. Excellent service in retail is not dead. Although no one comes close to the women in Deer Park, IL. And if you have things you want to purchase from the catalog, they will place them for you and waive the shipping.”

“I see stopped in today because their Instagram feed is constantly updated with beautiful things, but also recently they've been sharing some of their fall and Halloween goodies. On my way back to Chicago from Madison I was trying to make it in time to stop here and see what goodies I might want. I did indeed leave with some things and can't wait to put them up come October! But the best part was chatting with the shopkeeper. Lorraine is a gem! I spent more time chatting with her than shopping (I was able to pick out what I wanted straightaway!). Luckily there was no one else in the shop whilst I was there and I didn't keep her too long since I left at 5:00 exactly (quitting time). I will 100% be back because they have too many beautiful things that I want in my house.”

“If you're not familiar with Old Navy, it's basic fast fashion. The clothes are inexpensive but you get what you pay for. It would be nice if they had more variety for guys, but since we apparently don't care about clothes or enjoy looking stylish, they keep a little corner for us. Fully 3/4 of the place is women's and girls clothes.”

“I stopped at this Burlington location tonight on my way back to Chicago I needed a few things for a family member coming in from Cincinnati Ohio that's fell on some hard times. I typically I'm not a shopper at Burlington I find other stores are more capable of meeting my needs than Burlington. But please allow me to say tonight while I was shopping I needed a particular item in a different size, one of your associates by the name of Austin approached me, and when I was finished explaining what I needed he was very informative and extremely helpful not to mention very kind and more than once he went the extra mile to meet my needs! Because of this let's just say I will be spending more of my money with Burlington department stores, or at least your location. I have always been one that enjoys giving credit to someone when credit is due you guys should be very grateful to have an associate like Austin! I was able to make it back home in time and got all the items that I was searching for to be able to help my family member that is in need all due to the customer service that was provided to me by Austin. “Phillip's is an outstanding Men's Wear store. It is almost impossible to find a clothing store like this dedicated solely to quality men's clothing. I went here in search of a suit for my wedding. This was in conjunction with all the high-end department stores, Ralph Lauren etc.After meeting Peter, the owner, he suggested I opt for a made-to-measure suit from Hart Shaffner Marx. I tried on a ready to wear jacket in a 37s and it fit very well. Most stores and brands only offer even chest sizes which did not fit me correctly.I then sat down with Peter to go over construction and fabric selection, it was obvious Peter knew a lot about the garment's quality, construction and fabric offerings. He was explaining to me what different weaves of fabric offer etc.The suit came in and after a few fittings and alterations it turned out fantastic. Peter, Terry, and the rest of the crew at Philip's were a joy to work with. It was always fun seeing the guys here and fine-tuning details and talking shop. Most of all, Phillips, really cares about pleasing the customer, they want you to leave happy and most of all looking great.Peter's knowledge in the business is profound, and once you get a conversation going with him it is hard to not lose time in the store.”

“Decent store and good art supplies. However, the bathrooms are always locked! I asked the woman up front if she could unlock them and she said she'd call someone. Someone came but they always seem unhappy because apparently it's my fault that they keep them locked and that I have to go to the bathroom. I don't know why they keep them locked but the bathrooms have higher security than bank vaults.”
