Zero stars. Rude AF millennial employees, and an egotistical manager. Went in to have battery looked at. Nothing but attitude from two out of three employees. Tell me my battery is dead, I ask for a replacement, warranty and all. Told in a very rude manner that only valid if less than three years. Then inside, two parties trying to help, then they both refuse after telling me I need to purchase a new battery. I asked "thought it was a swap out" and was replied with, you didn't tell me that. Awful experience, will never go back to that Auto Zone. Can't wait for my phone call with corporate.

First off the older man working there is very rude. Would not look for what I went in there to purchase. Just kept saying "we don't have that" after a younger man went to go look. He was very rude and was very lazy. Second never have anything I go in there to get. I would not recommend this place not good service or stock. Best bet is to go to advance auto parts in wauconda

Almost all the salespeople at AutoZone in Wauconda are super helpful & knowledgeable! They usually patiently answer my litany of questions about what could be wrong with my car & take time to explain things that are a little more complex. You can always return something if it's not what you needed, without hassle. Decent prices too.
