Despite the pain she seemed to like inflicting, Lynn and her crew were pleasantly professional and you can’t argue with her results. I am forever grateful to her staff of medievel torturers for my rapid recovery. I consider the ladies of Athletico in Island Lake to be forever friends.

Needed pt after a total knee replacement. Not knowing what to expect and in pain when starting.. the first impression was Lynn she asked how I was feeling! The best part she listened and was so compassionate. Every time I walked in the door! In fact She and the staff made me feel at home so much I don’t want to end pt. Julia, Cindy, Debra, and Joey were always there to guide me when I needed help. Terri is the best. She will listen to the changes in your schedule and will always do her best to help you with adjusting your pt schedule. Everyone there is positive, encouraging, supportive funny and full of energy. Great people to talk to !

Everyone here has always been fantastic and so helpful each time I've needed physical therapy- they really go above and beyond! I always will come here if I need it because they've always been the best help and so kind. Someone really needs to feed Joey though, he keeps making me hungry..

My experience with the Island Lake Athletico was seamless from start to finish. Everyone treated me with such respect and empathy.The quality of care was exceptional and I never felt like I was just another number.The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I reached my goals. There was never a time that I did not feel that my progress was their primary expectation. A special "thank you" to the entire staff.

My experience at Athletico in Island Lake was 5 star! The facility is clean, and comfortable, and the staff from the front desk all the way around to the PT's, and their assistants were all excellent. I would highly recommend.

Island Lake Athletico is beyond 5 Stars!! Lynn, Cindy, Teri & Debbie are professionals that work exceptionally hard to make each patient feel cared for. Teri is efficient with scheduling & answering admin questions. Cindy is constantly cleaning equipment while managing 2 patients exercise routines. And this is my second time in three years that I have worked with Lynn. I have worked with 3 other PT companies with over 6 PT’s and she is the most knowledgeable clinician I have ever met. I had a unique challenge with my recovery and Lynn coached, supported and appropriately pushed me to a place where I am getting stronger than I have been in past 3 years. I am so grateful to this team of caring professionals who are also outstanding human beings. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 Stars!
