Local IT company in our business subdivision. Seemed to work OK for about 5 years or so, then older employees started leaving, services fell apart. At one point they told us we needed a new backup battery, we ordered, they plugged it into an empty extension cord and a shredder - ????? We ended up moving and trying to get them to cancel our services was a nightmare. 6 months later it's still a nightmare as they are holding on to our Outlook Email license. Go Elsewhere, wouldn't give these guys the time of day!
