“Had someone hit my rear bumper and I found BVA on Google search. SO GLAD I DID! Not only did they work with me when I asked if they could fix the bumper instead of a full replacement they kept my car when I had to go out of town.
Well, Nancy called me for an update on something while I was in the process of having a very bad morning and even gave an ear when I needed it. When I came back into town. Not only did they did a phenomenal job fixing the bumper, they waived my storage fee, AND even touched up the paint on my passenger wheel well from a grocery cart being dragged about 8 inches down the side at no charge. She said that it sounded like I was having a really hard time and that they just wanted to do something nice for me and they had the paint.

The lady was very friendly and they arrived onsite in a half hour which is nuts considering the weather. They pulled it right out, and they were cautious to take good care of my truck. “I have a 2019 Jeep cherokee where the wheel lock was stripped and over tightened. I drove in off the street and the owner was willing to get in there and take a wheel lock off nobody was willing to touch. Then I got the bil and I was literally floored by the price. It was very cheap compared to what I was expecting. I will be bringing back mine with my fiances car for anything I can't do myself. Good old American auto shop.......”
