“When going to the Fox Lake, IL post office these days it can be a hit or miss regarding customer service. This week I was extremely pleased having met and had a wonderfully engaging experience with the postal associate at the counter. Natalie was incredibly personable while being a consummate professional serving her customers while developing a rapport! “I think Mundelein post office is great. I live in Grayslake, but it is worth it for me to drive to Mundelein because I know the packages will be sent out timely and the staff is very nice. They have excellent hours on the Saturday when mail is still sent out at 4:30 pm.”

My package was sent back due to my lot being "vacant" I just bought the house, however at the post office ofensia (dont know how to spell her name) was rude kept telling me she had already sent my package back to the seller, I kept explaining to her that just an hour ago I had received an email stating my package was being held at the post office to come in. My husband told me to go back and ask for someone's else help and I did. That's were Melissa was such a Good help she was so nice and she did get me my package! Thank you so much Melissa”

“I've been using this post office almost 30 years. They are fine. They can't control what UPS or Fed Ex does, as far as deliveries they get or shipments picked up from other carriers. People are so impatient and complain about everything. They still have the cheapest rates compared to others as well. It is a tiny post office. If you have issues, then be a grownup, and use another post office. We should be more grateful to have so many choices these days. Folks just love to whine.”
