Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Love the customer service at my neighborhood Ace Hardware. Prices are comparable or less expensive. Hard to find items ALWAYS CAN BE FOUND AT ACE.

Not very helpful to a first time purchase from a lumber store. Guy was nice but wood was substandard.
