Sent my husband in to grab my online pick up ordered which consisted of 3 separate orders. The two associates gave him 2 bags stated all 3 orders where there. When he arrived home only one order was given to him however they scanned the others as being pick up. He did say the two associates were laughing and not paying attention to him at all. When I called the store the lead was helpful and did say the rest of my items where still there and yes they did scan them… although he couldn’t explain why they weren’t given to my husband. Inconveniently we had to back and pick up the rest of items,Walgreens you might want to hire mature adults to work in store not ones who think it’s play time when customers are trying to make purchases.

After coming to this store at 9:55pm this location came on the intercom and said “we’re closing in 1Minute get what you need and checkout”. Great, a little rude but I know what I want I’ll be in and out. By the time I get to the register a minute later the lights are turned off and I’m greeted with disgust on the staffs face. Mind you it’s not even closing yet. I’ve never been treated so rudely by retail employees.

This is the Walgreens closest to my home. I’m always given good customer service and I’d say it’s a pretty clean store. Shout out to the older man who I always see cashiering, he’s a sweetheart.

Worst Pharmacy ever. Terrible service. Every time I need a prescription filled, it is never ready when they say. When I come back at the time they tell me, it still is not even started. It’s unfortunate these corporate pharmacies have taken over and given us no other option. Incompetence at its best.

Walked in to pick up some body wash and a female employee followed me around the store just staring at me as I shopped. Not a greeting or asking me if I needed help , just a cold fixated stare in my direction which made me very uncomfortable. In fact made me so uncomfortable if I didn’t need this item I would have left with nothing instead. I did mention it to my cashier and she apologized but did say there was a gentleman stealing so she was more to a likely looking for him. While I understand she meant well I am not a gentleman nor am I a thief. There is no excuse for treating other customers poorly and rudely because of an issue with someone else. I do not need to be chased around the store nor does anybody else. I won’t be back at this location for the simple fact that the employees here make me uncomfortable. Not everyone steals. If I was in the mood to speak up I would have but I let it go and just decided to not waste my time on someone who more than likely wouldn’t care what I had to say. I can read the room, I’ll find somewhere else to shop. Do better Walgreens.

The phone system at the Walgreens 6600 Joliet Rd in the pharmacy is HORRIBLE the phone will ring then go to the music and play for a while then the phone will ring again and it will sound like someone picked it up but then the phone will go back to the music noone never pick up

Worst pharmacy staff. Get email, prescription ready, next email your insurance changed, call pharmacy they sat too early you can pick up after 3/6, go 3/11 prescription not ready guy at register basically calls me liar about the email, show it to him. Go sit & wait for my script say something to him he says I can't have script til 27, what happened to 3/6, oh i must be lying about that too? Like the email? Always rude, unorganized & lack training. Go to one on Plainfield, they are great!

The pharmacy is the worst.Days ago I called the pharmacy, hours in advance, asking what are the requirements for a friend to pick-up my meds that day since I had COVID. They explained the process and said they were busy but the medication would be ready in about an hour. I said that's fine. My friend couldn't get there until 6:00 PMish anyway. In the meantime, I get a text and automated voice mail message stating that my medication is ready for pick-up. My friend picks the medication, left it in my garage so as not to get COVID and left. When I went to retrieve the bag that was left for me, only one of the two meds was in the bag. Long story short, I called the pharmacy and was rather upset. I said I can't leave the house and I have to find someone else to pick-up the other medication because I'm unable to get a hold of my friend that originally picked up the meds. The person that answered the phone blamed my friend for not knowing what medication he was suppose to pick-up. I reminded this person that they have the doctors orders and I received two notifications that my meds were ready.About 2 weeks later yet another incident. Four days in advance I call Walgreens to request a refill on a medication. They said they would fax my doctor's office. The same day I called my doctor reminding them too. Knowing how problematic this pharmacy is, I called on Friday PM to make sure my meds were ready for pick-up the next day. I didn't want to run out. The person that answered the phone said they didn't fill the order because they didn't understand the doctors request. I had called days earlier. Why didn't they reach out to the doctor sooner if they had any questions? Especially since I called to remind them on a Friday and the doctors office was closed the following day. I had to explain the doctors order to this person and what the RX meant.I would also have to say the staff in that department isn't the friendliest. Lacking customer service skills. Especially Terry. Very unfriendly.Not to mention the last two times I called for 2 different types of meds days in advance, they were out of stock. Voice mail message said it could take days to refill.

I went there 40 minutes before closing. Brought my stuff up to the counter. THREE employees were standing at the camera counter. I waited 5 minutes. None of them came. Super great service, lazies.

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to In 60 years. Five days after having total knee replacement surgery they decided they were going to work on getting my Xarelto. Xarelto is a blood thinner that I needed. Unbelievable! The rather large older woman in the back is the most rude person I've ever dealt with in my life. I am sick after surgery and she treats me like a bag of dirt. What goes around comes around lady.

Incompetent and chaotic. Charged for something not received. Stay away from this place. I called and spoke to Riley who stated he was the manager. Riley reported exactly that I would not be charged for the missing products. Well he lied because I have an email that says I was charged but it will be removed after 7 to 10 days! Outrageous
