**RACIST** With a FULL cart ready for checkout NO CASHIERS open @8am. Asked Front desk for assistance and was told cashiers will be arriving at 8:30am. So I went to self checkout with my $300 worth cart. Then comes a Caucasian customer (with half full cart) to ask them to help check him out. Tony's Manager gets a cashier out to charge the Caucasian customer @ 8:10am. When I confronted manager his response was "todays my first day." This is beyond unprofessional this is Racism.

The selection and stocking was noticeably worse from what I’ve experienced before, with numerous empty shelves and fewer specialty goods such as local sodas and dairy.This already put me off coming back here but, more importantly, I was approached in the parking lot as I was packing up my car and asked to show a receipt for my purchase. Thankfully I decided to keep my receipt and was able to provide it, but what if I did not keep it? Would they have tried to force me back in the store to have someone review my purchase? This was unacceptable behavior and I cannot condone the decisions of this store to send some poor employee to harass customers in the parking lot.I will not be returning.

I've been there on 11/29/2023My receipt says 11:50:19 Michelle H.A cashier was taking so----long on purpose. After paying she passed me that receipt without looking me. It was the blind pass. She was such a terrible person. I shouldn't have paid it.

A cashier was so rude. I went to Tony's shop 11/29/2023 11:50. She is taking so slow on purpose. AfterI paid my stuffs. She passed me a receipt by blind pass. I couldn't say " thanks or have a good day anything " for her. She wouldn't think about her salary from their costumers. That was sush a terrible day.

Loved Tony's. Would recommend. They have some coffee there. I'm not even going to tell you what it is it's cold coffee it's in the refrigeration, is the best coffee I've ever had. Oh okay okay I'll do it. I'm a nice guy. But it was very inviting, very busy but great selection!And to be fair. That's not there coffee in the bottle. There's as much better that's my brew and I'm still learning haha

I order online for curbside pick up a lot. Today Denise did my shopping and was OUTSTANDING. She made sure to pay attention to all my requests. She was so polite to deal with on anything that they may have been out stock with options for substitutions. You can tell she cares about her job and Tonys customers!!

Always fresh produce and meat. Huge selection of everything. They carry international products also. Their app can use some tweeking, but customer service is always helpful.

What a horrible experience I just had at your store. Walked in, no carts. Had to walk out to get one. Produce dept had terrible broccoli and cauliflower...wouldn't buy it. Picked up a few things and then went to check out. Two checkers open. Now this is about 5:15 when people are stopping after work. Took 40 minutes to check out. I'm surecyou can do better than that. Where were the managers...not one in sight. No baggers. Felt sorry for the cashiers. Please get your act together before you lose customers!

I go to Tony's since it is the closest store to me that you can find variety of different out of state products. They have decent deli and bakery.

Tony's has a new loyalty program but the cashiers aren't on top of it. They don't ask you to put your number in and what's the point of having a rewards program if they aren't on board with it?

The cakes from Tony’s are all delicious. I have ordered on multiple occasions and I don’t have enough words for Nicole Ramirez- she is the best decorator! I give her the design and she always does a fantastic job!

I visit the store because it’s close to my house, but I’ll be damned if I don’t have some type of negative experience here each and every visit. Tonight they had zero fillet - which isn’t surprising because their inventory is always mismanaged. But what motivated me to give one star is because of how put out the employees always are when you ask for assistance - especially the front end check out folks. Again, this is consistent with every visit. Unsure if all Tony’s are this poorly managed, or if this location is simply not a priority for company management, but I’ve had enough and won’t ever be back.Save yourself the frustration and go to Pete’s or Jewel.

CHECK your receipts before leaving the store. Every time I shop at this particular store & location the prices on some items come up incorrectly. It’s honestly getting out of hand too. Last trip I was refunded over $10.00 from the incorrect prices.
