This Tony’s has definitely gone down, my husband had to bag our $400 worth of groceries while 3 workers just kept walking by an watching him worker Tania was walking around on her phone having a conversation.while there’s lines an no workers bagging. Ariana an Gabriela just walked back an forth hanging out behind the customer service counter with no customers. I was there April 26 at 4:10. Your workers should know we pay there check by shopping there after todays experience I rather shop where customers are valued an workers aren’t just getting paid to do nothing…

You have to really know the store to find the deals like alcohol or meat deals, otherwise things like eggs, bread, pop, are expensive compared to other places. Frank at the deli is incredibly helpful n friendly and make the place worth coming back!

I just left Tony's I have been shopping here for years and I've had a few problems but it was never worth saying anything but today at the deli counter a short bearded Mexican waited on me, when I told him I wanted a lb.of ham he wanted my whole order before he would start also may I include the deli are had maybe 2 people waiting so there no big lines when I said I wanted ham he erupted he said yeah I heard you what else do you want so I said a pound of cheese and I want something else but I'm still looking and he didn't move a inch told me to let him know when I was ready so l added in another meat (he was working the counter in sections)maybe he didn't want to walk he just threw the food on the counter never a thank you,just was scouling at me ,I asked him a question he said what and walked away just rude and ignorant I will not go back my wife was with me and before we left she said we're not coming back here so he cost you 2 customers plus I'll make sure my son's and family and friends do not shop there any longer

I have Tony’s app and religiously follow there sales but hate to say this but they are NOT always correct…when I addressed the manager MARK about a price differential he would NOT meet HIS sale paper price….I had spoke with ARACELLI (first) she was very RUDE, trying to cut me off when I was talking, speaking in SPANISH to the produce person which is extremely RUDE….she needs to go back to her country to speak her language, she needs a in AMERICA….Katie at SCO when asking her questions abruptly answered very very immature and rude that at least 5 customers that were in line immediately turned to see why she was responding with ignorance…I am a District Manager with a huge grocery store food chain and would never ever allow this in the many stores I manage…..

Best produce! Salads have failed badly when taken out of deli case. Very bad and stupid move management. No taste no buy. Dietz sucks!
