“We were so fortunate to find Elevate, and they were able to quickly step in when we needed a sign company. They did a fantastic job on our church's new electronic sign. Our new parish logo and name are depicted perfectly. The electronic message board more than meets our needs, e.g., we only have the brightness set at 25%, and it is plenty bright for us. Elevate was also very helpful with a complicated process of obtaining permits. As the pastor of our parish, I highly recommend them.”

They went above and beyond to help me out of a terrible jam when Staples failed to perform a crucial printing and collating job for my sister's funeral mass booklet, less than 24 hours before the service.

“I think most people get online to give reviews when they are angry, but fewer get on when they're happy. I just want to share my experience at this store:
I'm a regular customer, I've even paid for a personal mailbox at this location. The two staff members cared to learn my name. They are friendly, greet me when I come in, and add that old-school personal touch that one only hears about.
Even when they are very busy (which is often), they are courteous and respectful. I've seen customers come in who didn't follow the return instructions on their labels (some packages require the *customer* to do the packing while others the store does), but the staff don't lose their cool, even when the customer gets angry and sarcastic.
I've seen them bend over backwards to try and help customers figure out their last-minute needs.
I know that I enter and leave this store smiling every single time.
All in all, I'm a loyal customer and will remain so as long as I'm living in the area.”
