“Dan is the man at the UPS store #3922 On 9923 Ridgeland Avenue In Chicago Ridge Illinois!I had more than a handful of Amazon returns, and he was super helpful and kind. Greeted soon as I walked in and there were a line of people and he was flying solo on a Saturday during peak hours. I can’t stand post offices on the weekend due to the attitude of most employees. That’s why I go to the UPS store and he was super efficient and quick and nice to everyone including myself.I managed to get all my returns from Amazon and even managed to pack two big items in boxes and he was super helpful with all of it and even with the email labeling components of the more challenging returns.Dan did not ask for me to leave this review in fact if he did I never would have. I get my eyebrows done and I go to salons and make up services and they are always asking me to leave them reviews and just the suggestion alone is a turn off, and I tend to resist. People want to leave good reviews without being asked to. He probably already forgot who I am and I don’t care. I hope he gets to be the manager if he isn’t already or a franchise owner or something because he makes UPS look good and Amazon returns that much easier. Thank you for all that you do, Dan!!”

“let me just tell you, i would trust this ups store with my most expensive packages, specifically if jordan bartman is working. the other day i had to come in with my amazon return, and she took care of it in an exquisite manner. she gave it a massage, pampered it, then put it in a box with some luxury packing peanuts. she then reassured me that the package would make it safely, and that she would personally walk it to its destination so no harm would be done (it needed to be delivered to New York City). jordan is now attending my family’s thanksgiving due to all of the help she provides to me and my family with delivering our packages. if you ever need your package delivered, PLEASE go to this UPS store, you will not regret it!”
“The owner personally helped me with a DHL return that I was apprehensive about after a terrible experience at another DHL carrier nearby. He took the time to make sure the return would be in proper order then spent the time to engage in a brief, friendly conversation. This place is an example of how a family run business can be a benefit to the community.”

“I don't usually write reviews for stores like this, but I had a great experience. I brought in an Amazon return for my wife last Friday. The QR code on the label she printed was not scanning and I didn't have access to pull up her account on my phone.Was expecting to have to come back another day and try again, but the young lady working the counter used her phone to enlarge the QR code and scan from her phone's display. It worked and saved me a trip, so I'm very grateful for her resourcefulness and willingness to help. She could have just as easily handed me the package back and told me to come back with a larger print out.”

“I am surprised to see this location has only 2.5 stars. Every time I stop by there is a younger guy working. He is so knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I would go out of my way to go to this location for how easy they make everything! I often have to print labels and return through specific companies like happy returns and they always know what to do.”

“The stars are for our local postal carrier, Mr. Thorn, he is awesome. He's been our mailman for 2 and a 1/2 years, and we absolutely love him. He is so kind and goes above and beyond. He interacts with our children and has built a friendship with our family and the families on our block. He not only looks out for our neighborhood and neighbors, which includes safety; example suspicious cars/activities/people who don't live there, but he interacts, makes conversation, takes the time to get to know the community. Recently, he found out about a recent diagnosis with one of our children. He bought and dropped off balloons for her. It put a smile on her face. She loves balloons and she likes smiley faces. One of the balloons was a smiley face. I know this may sound cheesy but he really is the Mr. Roger's of our neighborhood. There's no gift that would ever be a good enough thank you gift for his daily kindness. I hope that he would get a raise, bonus and whatever time off that he desires! “I went on my lunch break to return something I bought on Amazon. There was a problem scanning the QR code off my phone and since the Amazon account is under my husband I don’t get the emails. I texted my husband to forward me the email but he was at work, so who knows when he would have the time to send me the email. Luckily the employee that was helping me had the idea of emailing a copy of the QR code to the store email and scanning the code from there. It worked! Now my package is on its way back to Amazon and I was able to check this off my list of errands.”
