We live out of town and order from Heather and Vine for family and friends in the area. They are great - delivery is reliable, the quality of the flowers is excellent, and the arrangements are true to what is on the website. Today we put in an order just before they closed for a same day delivery. They didn’t have exactly what we ordered so phoned to check if we wanted to modify the arrangement. The recipient just called to say how gorgeous the flowers are - totally made her day!

Due to me being a man, and subsequently an idiot to boot, I needed the ultimate flower display that stated the most sincerest of apologies to a wonderful woman with black eyes that consumes your soul.This place nailed it!! On a serious note, the flowers I received had an absolutely gorgeous appearance to them. The presentation was custom and created by the owners themselves, which I couldn’t be more happy about. Wonderful owners who work with you to get what you need and want. Definitely check this place out for any occasion, the owners will dial you right in.

Very nice staff to work with. Unfortunately I felt the colors were way off from what we discussed for a fall; “dark and moody” wedding bouquet. It was too close to almost not matching my accessories.

My family ordered an arrangement from here to celebrate my engagement. I can not comment on the ordering process, as my cousin ordered them for me. What I can comment on is the delivery and finished product. I received a phone call to let me know that an order to my house was delivered. She told me where she left it as I was at work. The arrangement that I received is gorgeous, and it smells amazing. All of the flowers were fresh. The packaging and vase were nice as well. I would consider using them again for future arrangements.

My son bought a wrist corsage and a boutonniere for prom from Heather and Vine. They were beautiful but when they arrived at Katherine Legge Park for photos, the flowers came off of the wristlet. We called Heather and Vine and the owner drove directly to Katherine Legge with another wristlet and tools to repair the existing corsage. In the midst of the chaos of so many students and photographers, she found their group and replaced the wristlet!!The owner went above and beyond any customer service ever expected! We will always recommend them to others! And they have such creative and beautiful specialty arrangements including dogs & cats. I highly recommend them!!tthe group and

Way too expensive! I got 10 tulips that were small and they charged me $25!!! And they died 3 days later. I shouldn’t have bought them, but thought maybe they would be worth paying 2 1/2 times what other places charge. Won’t be back.

My daughter's boyfriend had emergency surgery and Cheryl was able to design an arrangement and deliver it to the hospital SAME DAY! The flowers were absolutely beautiful! Thank you, Heather and Vine for putting a smile on our faces during a sad time. We will definitely be ordering from Heather and Vine again.
