After a few back and forth emails regarding a mistake I made on the delivery address, Denise was more than patient and helpful with ensuring delivery was correct and timely despite the mistakes on my end. The flowers were beautiful and some of the highest quality I’ve had the pleasure of sending. With excellent customer service and an incredible, quality selection, I don’t feel there is any reason to look elsewhere.”

“First question I asked was “can you deliver flowers the next day?” Answer from associate was “yes.” Since they said yes, I placed my order. When I called my friend later the next day to find out how she liked the flowers I found out that they were never delivered.They went above and beyond to fix the issue and make my friend's Christmas special. They even delivered the flowers on Christmas Eve even though they were closed for the day. Great customer service and will use them again.”

Nancy and her staff were so sympathetic and graciously helped me through my sadness; from compassionate hugs to the most beautiful floral arrangements and plants. I wanted the flowers to reflect our granddaughter's love for dogs, frogs, hamsters, hermit crabs, birds, tortoises, and all other animals to shine through, and they did just that. We still have her dog, who is a West Highland White Terrier, and Lange's made the arrangement exactly how we wanted it. Thank you so much to Nancy and staff. “We live out of town and order from Heather and Vine for family and friends in the area. They are great - delivery is reliable, the quality of the flowers is excellent, and the arrangements are true to what is on the website. Today we put in an order just before they closed for a same day delivery. They didn’t have exactly what we ordered so phoned to check if we wanted to modify the arrangement. The recipient just called to say how gorgeous the flowers are - totally made her day!”
