I can't say enough good things about this kennel. My dog absolutely loves going here. The facilities are clean. And every time he goes, he runs up to the door so excited and happy. All you want is your dog to be happy and enjoy where he's going to stay for a few days while you're gone.it's so nice to find a place that is not only a wonderful price but an excellent facility to bring your pet

Used once after moving here. My impression was dogs are outside and that’s about it. My dog spends most of her time indoors with many long walks.Again my impression was little contact with any staff. Won’t be back as there are other choices.

Spoke to 2 people regarding reservations confirming we were squared away for our 2 dogs. Was never informed vaccination records for our one dog were missing. My husband dropped off our dogs and one was rejected for missing records. I spoke to Patrice and the owner days prior to confirm they had what they needed. The owner was horrible, couldn’t possibly admit to their mistake and now because their business is closed at 5 pm I cannot retrieve my one dog and have to trust that that wicked lady doesn’t mistreat my dog. I will NEVER board with cruel lady AGAIN. WORST BUSINESS IN THE NORTHWEST SUBURBS

We toured many facilities and pick Woodbine because Judy made us feel at ease with leaving our Murray for 10 days. Murray was happy and had a great stay. We will be back.

I was very happy with my experience here and believe that my dog received great care for the three days that she stayed. You should visit before your scheduled drop off to receive a tour and have all your questions answered. They have individual yards for when the dogs have outside time. Very professional place. I will return.

We have used their services for 3 years now. They are really great. The staff is very friendly. Always very nice to us. If you leave a message they have always called us back. Never had an issue with them. You need to have your dogs shots up to date. (I had made copies from our vet) My dogs seem to like it there. You can either bring your food or they can provide their food.

We have used this kennel several times in the past and had an average experience, but our most recent use of their services ended terribly, and we will not be returning and will be warning others against use of their services.We had booked our two dogs for 10 days while we were on vacation. While we were gone, there was a break out of kennel cough. We are aware that that is a risk in any kennel setting, our poor review is due entirely to the lack of communication from the kennel and how our dog's health and safety was handled. When breakout in the kennel was confirmed, we were not notified. When the our dogs started to cough, we were not notified. When one of our dogs stopped eating we were STILL not notified. It wasn't until our dogs hadn't eaten a full meal in over 48 hours that the kennel notified us that our dogs were in need of emergency care. We picked them up immediately, and confirmed with our emergency vet that our older dog had pneumonia, with significant fluid in his lungs. He was so weak he had to be lifted into our car. He is 13 years old, and the vet indicated that we had brought him in in the nick of time, and that this state could have been prevented with more timely care. We communicated how appalled we were at the lack of contact, and were told that the kennel didn't want to be responsible for "interrupting our vacation". They made it very clear that they didn't feel their behavior was at all inappropriate, and that our complaints were falling on deaf ears. The complete lack of accountability or remorse was absolutely unacceptable.

Beau’s first experience boarding since we rescued him from a kennel! It was a long stay for 15 days. He was a happy boy! It’s obvious they took good care of him and he felt safe and not bored while there.

My hound was taken care of well during her daycare stays at Woodbine. I appreciate that they take precautions with the dogs, keeping new dogs separate so they can assess their personality before putting them with other dogs. Then when they ARE with other dogs, it's not 30 in one spot. We have yet to do an overnight, but the owner lives on-site and I feel comfortable leaving our girl there. Definitely recommend!

Our dogs love this place. They are excited when they see the building. We completely trust Woodbine with our dogs. To is clean and the staff seems to like dogs as well

Great care is always taken for our pets. They are always willing to adjust to our drop-off and pickup request. My dogs love it.
