Never an issue. They always call my physician if my Rx isn't in the system yet. It's definitely better than it used to be just a few years ago.

I would like to selfishly rate this 1-star just to keep the Dell Webb-ians and others who are unable to manage their Rx's appropriately away. However, that would be unfair to the Huntley Walmart Pharmacy team... In my vast experience for perpetual family Rx needs, this Walmart team is superior in comparison to the Huntley Walgreens on Princeton when it comes to customer service, friendliness, communication (via phone call or the Walmart App), reliability, inventory, timeliness, etc.Side note: All those who are unable to maintain simple and quick Rx drop-off/pickups need to stay away from the drive-thru lines at any Pharmacy! The drive-thru line is NOT the place to attempt management of Rx communication issues between yourself, your medical provider, the pharmacy, and your insurance provider! You should be at known points before entering a drive-thru Pharmacy line! The whole world shouldn't stop because diligence and communication didn't take place ahead of entering a Pharmacy drive-thru. Although it is common to experience such issues/questions, those are identifiable in advance with a little attention to detail via checking the app or web, phone calls, and/or going inside the store to speak with a rep. None of which should be handled in a drive-thru visit though. So please remain conscious and considerate that drive-thru's should be reserved for simple quick drop-offs/pickups, not for communicating and coordinating your entire portfolio of Rx issues.

My Dr. called in a prescription for pain medication. I waited 5 days, thinking because of the holiday, there was a delay. I finally called and was told that they were out of stock. They never called or sent me a message stating this. I waited all this time for pain meds. Needless to say, I changed pharmacies!

Honestly, it's one of the cleanest Walmarts I have ever been to. The staff was also really nice and engaging. Moose Out

On hold for 12 minutes, no one came back on. I just have a simple question on availability of a medication. Called back and asked to be put on hold again! Get more staff to help your customers. So unprofessional!

Horrible service. Waited two hours for a script that is ready and still don't have it. Never again.

I would give this place 1/2 a star if it was an option. Terrible incompetent three pharmacists working at this Pharmacy November 2020. They lost one in summer which he was very good for customer service. Manager Jacob and Mahira are very bad and not customer friendly at all. The wait time inside and outside in the drive thru are just horrible with you irritating technicians Victoria. Scripts are never ready when you go there. The employees must not know how the numerical system works because they can never find the correct day. Used to be a good Pharmacy but has gone down hill over the last year. Don't waste your time. I'm ditching Walmart and it's incompetent staff for good and you should too.

To be honest the whole Huntley area is a mess now and so congested and everyone is rude. Haven’t had a prescription in years or took anything. Went here after surgery for 15 pain pills and it was a nightmare. Giving me opiate brochures and telling me about counseling, they wouldn’t give me my meds and I had to go somewhere else. I was in severe pain and so sick from surgery it was terrible. I told my DR about this place and they reported this pharmacy.

Came here after surgery with a prescription of only 10 norco. Severe pain in bad shape and could barely stand. Little Indian pharmacist starts giving me a hassle about opioid pills and hands me a brochure about rehab and treatment. I haven’t took a pill in 7 years and I won’t even drink alcohol or eat bad and was so confused what was going on! Refuses to give me my medication and I went to Osco pharmacy instead with a problem. If you have a prescription and went through surgery this pharmacy will treat you like a drug addict for your medication. Your little small town pharmacy in Hampshire or Marengo is so much better!

I like because they gave better prices than other pharmacy, so you wait because they have to contact your doctor because your insurance does not want to pay, so the have to call to ensure that you get your RX correctly, but yes as in every other place, they have make sure tgey getting pay for it,
